hi all, is there a difference between the red version or the black one of the amt 70 impala?. I need parts and want to know if the red impala and black impala are the same ones..I believe they are but if you have both then you know...thank you..Chris

I'm fine with what I see.having it in your hands to look,campare and measure for those that feel it necessary. but to go with what pictures show doesn't show revell the respect and effort they put in.I'm excited for it and will wait to see with my own eyes.if when I see it,some doesn't make happy...I change to suit my wants and needs...so thank you Revell!!!...when its finished how about a 73 74 nova......Chris

That is great news.I owned a 79 chev nova concours..drove it every where.yep the engine is some combo of a what looks like a Pontiac 400.interior and chassis plate could be better.looking for the mags as well.I also had besides my beloved 74 ss nova...named "Stef" a 75 cpupe and a 76 hatch..named "Ol Yeller"..fun cars..loved em.will be replacing engine and trans and putting a putting a 12 bolt rearend under it.Thanks for the info Steve.....Chris

wow...thats alot of info.I never built any but run across the boss mustang awhile back.its a real bad buildup.the engine is gone.and the removable roof and glass is so well glued.I don't know if I can save it.I have the instructions.don't know if it is paterned after anything real...but it didn't look like it was.it sucks about the grande being destroyed for this wanbe funny car...thanks for the info on this.....Chris

I as well fined most of the parts I'm looking for on ebay.I'm always lookung in the world for parts.its shocking as to much pld models there is in people attics,shops,garages. thrift shops...I just people if they have any...but ebay is pretty healthy to,but you pay alot for them.yes sure wished there was a place for us old plastic nuts to talk and discuss, parts,better ways of tear down,reconditioning of parts and just a under glass for old plastic only.its a growing area...Its a blsst and so much fun and rewarding....to me......Chris

awesome decals....right!...the rims interest me.but I may get a few.what engine a tranny does it have in it? I would probably build a few as factory stock and use the rims on a couple other builds....pretty cool, I like it.....Chris

I wished I knew if it works or not. I don't have very many mustang kits and the 351 is the only mustang I have from those years..maybe someone reading this knows.I may have to buy one just to find out...thank you.

well thank you,I appreciate tge info..especially the reissue info.I will post a picture of the body.the kits was never built or glued.it just had a bad break that someone tried to fix and didn't line it up right then must have sanded it...cause it not well fixed...I guess repaired is the better way to say it.Its complete.just body was problems.but I want to find just a body.every ebay listing I find is for a whoke unstarted kit.I was looking for a body that parts or left over from a project.been looking for about 5 years on ebay..I haven't seen any that I know of so I thought maybe it was released in a different version...I probably wouldn't know but some of mite know.so if amt released it what was it called...a picture maybe...please....Chris

i agree with you...I would the same.does make to pay alot of money for parts when you add a little to it and get the parts you want plus ones for other projects or trades.and I don't like rare kits being broken into parts and sold...I think its wrong,but there not my kits so I can't say.......Chris

Absolutely agree with ya....I want the 3/4 and 1 ton pickups.there is enouch 1/2 tons out there and a 4 wheel drive option would be cool...and great........Chris

hi all, I have this kit.its has nothing wrong except the body was cracked bably along the right fender to the cowl and they [who owned it before me] glued it way off.so question, what other kits was this exact body used in? thank you....Chris

that would be alot of work...not afraid of tge scratch building but to many projects going on now,and ebay sellers want to much for that..so I guess I wait...LOL,funny how that is.

I've never had the monogram ramcharger,but It sounds like normal monogram with parts open and not complete..its more work,but I just complete the parts by scratch building whats needed.I will be getting a few.I wished revell would reissue the hangman kit.I believe it was a daniels design. I build it as a dumb kid did...and I'm naming me the dumb kid no one else.but would enjoy that build to make more realizem to it.the nova and 57 ford gasser would be fun to.

how accurate is this kit to the real funny car?....Chris
