krazyglu replied to Paverblack's topic in WIP: Model Trucks: Pickups, Vans, SUVs, Light Commercial
Ah very good observation Ed. The one I saw in my friends stash was a '65 step side and hemi hydro boat combo. All are very cool though and I like the aqua/white color combo. edit: haha thats funny, thanks for sharing this one Kenneth and I like the bed swap...very clever -

I love the looks of the model kit, you did a great job. I hope to get my hands on one of these kits someday. -
Thanks for the little history lesson Tommy. Seeing your 80's dirt modified and a few other people on here got me real interested in the dirt scene. I am hooked and now have two sprint cars in the works I love those wheels you cast...they look super realistic. Great job on the scratch building and kit bashing. Your paint/decal work always looks outstanding. I love watching dirt track racing videos on the tube while I build.

Ford F1 push truck
krazyglu replied to Dyno Davo's topic in WIP: Model Trucks: Pickups, Vans, SUVs, Light Commercial
Wow what a beautiful looking truck. That has to be one of the nicest push trucks ever! I love the gold paint and the moon disc on this one. -
Easy there feller, lets not go calling anyone out there..... I think that might be the coolest theme ever for a show, well in my eyes anyway I am not a huge fan of the barrel on the front, I just seems a little to big. Everything else about this thing is just awesome man, I love the license plate floor and the engine detail is outstanding. Great looking model, thanks for sharing this one.

Kustom s-10

Wow this is a work of art. Amazing job on the body work and paint. My favorite part is the custom frame though, you just don't see people building mini trucks. Thanks for sharing this one. -
This is by far my favorite kit you have shared. I love all the scratched aero pieces and the wide body suits the car perfect. Your color choices were perfect with this one, actually could you share what color that is? The coolest thing though, the thing that makes yours stand out is that fact that it has a engine and you detailed it. I am working on a curbside R34 right now I hope to share in a few weeks.

Hey thanks Gary coming from you that means the world! The scallops and pin stripe were fun, but I have a ways to go. Here is some more scallop work I did.

Fiat Topolino '60s Altered & Finished Slingshot Dragster
krazyglu replied to W-409's topic in WIP: Drag Racing Models
Hey Niko no big deal buddy, like I said it looks much better with plug wires than without. I do think it looks better with that top on there so way to adapt and keep on going. The things you made are called wire looms and I have been thinking about making some myself. After seeing yours installed I like the look a lot. Did you say you were putting this engine in one of the dragster's? -
This is the first time I have ever seen one of these built and you really did a awesome job on it. It is so unique and iconic that I would actually like to build one myself. I actually used a bunch of metalizers on my current build and I used testors dullcoat as my top coat. It did not change the finish of the metalizers at all as a far as I can tell seems to have worked well.

Fiat Topolino '60s Altered & Finished Slingshot Dragster

I believe the kit supplied magnetos are replicating the very popular Joe Hunt magnetos. The difference is the wires exit the side versus the top like most distributors. Either way it looks much better with spark plugs than without. -

This looks awesome! This thing would have looked sweet just as a curbside, but adding a engine and to a 1/32 really brought it over the top. Nice work I would swear it came from Arii's that way. I really like everything about this one..thanks for sharing
