  1. We will see. I have had poor luck in the past with 91% IPA and Tamiya. At least this new stuff is turning pink. Hopefully by tomorrow morning I will see some progress.
  2. OK, wish me luck with the IPA(s).
  3. Three weeks in new Super Clean in a sealed container. Tamiya pink primer, Testors laquer, Wet Look clear. Hardly budged the Testors, didn't do anything to the Tamiya. Once the parts dry out, I will try new 91% IPA on the parts, and a 7% hazy IPA for me. I tried ELO before the Super Clean and it did nothing.
  4. I picked up a can at the LHS a while back, but haven't used it. Yes, it was something like $15. Figured I'd use it for the exposed chassis primer on my next Mustang.
  5. I agree with Snake. Not that I have anything to hide or be ashamed of. It's just that I would have to assemble my stash from five different areas and it would probably take a couple of hours to set up and put away.
  6. Is that even possible in 1:1? I can't think of any 700R4s with a BOP bellhousing pattern. Maybe Revell used a J.C. Whitney adaptor.
  7. Forgot to mention that the "banner" ads are so big, I can't see the calendar and birthdays in the right column. As soon as the ads load, the whole right column disappears. Chrome on a Samsung 10.1 tablet.
  8. copper or aluminum?
  9. can peacefully coexist
  10. It's clothing optional
  11. Easter Bunny either
  12. I was getting it earlier in the week as part of an e-Bay ad.
  13. Try it? If you don't like it, you can use it up on frames, engines, etc. I love Tamiya primer, but I paid $14.50 for the last can I bought. I haven't found any Tamiya paint at any of my local HLs anyway. I bought a can of Testors paiint at HL today with the coupon and it was around 45 cents cheaper than the LHS charges, but the LHS was out of the color I wanted.
  14. As a native Californian, this sailed right over my head and landed in the Pacific Ocean somewhere. I had to Google the company to get it. Repetitive stupid TV commercials?
