  1. I believe that all of the Parisiennes were built on the Chevrolet chassis which had a 119" wheelbase in 1968. The '68 Bonneville had a 124" wheelbase.
  2. Agreed. I was going to suggest the same thing. The Impala should have the correct wheelbase if I remember my Canadian Pontiac trivia correctly. Combination of the Impala Sport Sedan and an MPC 68 Bonneville should get you what you need, unless Round 2 screws up the Impala.

  5. Having owned a mostly stock E30 and knowing how tail happy they can be, I am concerned with the weight distribution on this thing.

  10. This is the only one I remember. No W113 that I can think of.
  11. Actually, there have been several interesting kits that I decided I didn't want after watching Chris' YouTube videos. I am sure that the suppliers that comp him the kits don't want to hear that. ?
  12. OK, for all you Camaro experts out there, were all of the factory installed vinyl tops in 1969 the "halo style" like the orange car?
  13. Thanks guys. I have a weird idea for a themed group of builds and am wondering what I would need to do to get a "standard" 69 Camaro. The other cars will be easy. I am having difficulty finding more than one photo of the 1:1, so I don't exactly know what I need yet. By the taillamps, I know it wasn't an RS at least.

  17. Does anyone make a plain hood to fit the Revell body?
  18. Not a Porsche fan, but...... I have driven several 944 and 968 cars and find them quite a hoot. I worked as a service advisor at a Ford dealership when the Explorer was first dumped upon the world. Folks were trading in all kinds of things just to be cool and drive an Eddie Bauer Explorer to their cabin in Tahoe. Nephew of the owner was a famous (short term) baseball player and he traded or consigned some interesting stuff as well. We had his 928 on the lot for nearly a year. Drove it a couple of times and hated it. Drove like a 5000 lb Camaro at low speed, but I never got the chance to stretch its legs.
  19. Guys, What would it take to build a "regular" 69 Camaro HT from what is available in kit form from Revell? Thinking of an L48 TH350. Could be a standard or deluxe interior, could be regular or Rallye Sport. TH350 could be from MAD Modeling but would need to find a horseshoe shifter and console.
