    You know, I wasn't too interested in building a General Lee kit until I read the post for that last one. Now I want to build one out of spite. PC people need to go away. You DO NOT have the right to not be offended by anything.

    Most of the supercars I'd never be able to cram myself into. I'll take another 1972 Buick Skylark, and maybe a Rolls Royce Phantom coupe.

    The full-detail Chrysler Turbine is definitely worth getting. There aren't many kits that even today have that level of detail. Opening doors,hood and trunk, full engine and suspension (with springs). Jo-Han really outdid themselves. It's not an easy kit, but it builds up nice.

    Trumpeter kits tend to have some weird issues. The Monte Carlo wasn't bad except for the engine. I ended up using the engine out of the Revellogram MC SS. Their Bonneville ended up building up really well.

    The Corvette pic is funny. The others just make me hope no one was hurt, especially the Mach I.

    My question is: is there something wrong with the Model A grille/radiator? I notice almost every custom sticks the 32 grill on there, and I was always fond of the original.

    Was gonna recommend the AMT 1/12 Cord. It's an extraordinarily detailed kit. Mine's kind of a mess right now, but it looks fantastic.

    Got in an AMT Ford Capri II kit. Box is a little rough, but the kit is perfect and complete.

    only one I can think of is the AMT Subaru Brat. I'd love to have one of those.

    Got in a Monogram '56 T-bird today. Looks really nice.

    got in the Hot Wheels SCCA Camaro kit by Revell. Looks pretty nice. The actual Hot Wheels is missing from the box, but ah well.

    Price tends to be the main seller for me. The 1/24-1/25 scale kits tend to be cheaper. i do have one 1/12 scale kit, but it's gonna need some work.

    Really not surprising. They were attractive cars and won races. Plus, it's something DIFFERENT from the cars everyone else makes. I bet someone could pop out a Nash, Kaiser, Hupmobile or something else and it would do decently well. But except for the Doc Hudson one, they're all by the same company.
