  1. I like! The look of a white wall with the performance of a low profile tire.
  2. I've pretty much got mine: Jo-Han Chrysler Turbine car (full detail) and Dr. Krook's Medicine Show (Patent Pending). The show rod was a glue bomb, but it wasn't bad to take apart and was complete. All I had to do was glue the windshield frame back together. There are others I would like to have, but aren't as critical, like an Aurora Aston Martin DB-4 and a Chevy Vega (non-drag version).
  3. Very pretty! You did a great job.
  4. Looks really nice! Good solution on the door problem. I really love the amount of detail work you've done on this kit.
  5. Might have to pick one of these up.
  6. Very nice!!
  7. I've used plain ol' Q-Tips for burnishing the chrome without any issues.
  8. I've got one of these. It'll take some work to make it accurate. But it'll be fun.
  9. Got in my 1949 Ford and 1969 Chevelle glue bombs today. Both are in good shape and easily salvageable. I think I'm gonna use the more detailed chassis from the 1969 Cutlass for the Chevelle.
  10. Yeah, I did one on my 1972 Buick Skylark I built. I ran into the same problems. It was stuck to the backing so hard it would tear. I finally got it applied and it turned out ok.
  11. That's WILD!! Love it!

  13. Me too. One of my biggest regrets is getting rid of my collection. I had a subscription for a long time.
  14. As far as the K&B strips, He's drawing them again for Car Craft. He's selling the old ones on CD on his site. Not all that expensive. I've already got a set of the K&B strips. I want to get the "How To Draw Cars" pages.
  15. That color is fantastic.
  16. Working on building Krass' coupe and Bernie's Van. I even have contacted Trosley to ask what color the coupe was. Suprisingly, the coupe's gonna be pretty easy.
  17. Just won auctions on Ebay for a 1949 Ford and a 1969 Chevelle. They're gluebombs, but hey. Got them both for around $20, including shipping.
  18. Really nice job.
  19. Just got in an AMT 1953 Corvette. Kit was brand new, no box and I got it for about $5.
  20. I just don't see the point. An international model registry? While I am quite fond of my models, I dont think they need international tracking
  21. Looks really nice! Super grip tires, huh?
  22. Looks like a really nice kit! Gonna have to get a Rabbit.
  23. I Like it! It gets away from the lines of the Countach/Diablo and goes off on its own.
  24. Would love to have the Wild Dream/ King T. Those two look awesome.
