  1. Looks very nice! I like the gloss grey.
  2. Nice work. Sorry to hear about a disaster with the La Ferrari, I'll have to check the page.
  3. I loved that the guy said it was old, so was he, so he's not going to push it too hard. It's nice to see people get their cars back like that.
  4. Looks like one of the cars was a 1964 Ford Custom, according to the IMCDB. Here's a link to one of the pics: http://www.imcdb.org/vehicle_59128-Ford-Custom-54E-1964.html It looks like AMT made a 1964 Galaxie kit that would be close. Model Roundup has a resin kits of 1959,1960 and 1963 Fords done up as a Mayberry Police cars. Here's the link for that: http://www.modelroundup.com/category-s/192.htm
  5. Absolutely lovely job!! The color is perfect.
  6. Got in two today: A "S'Cool Bus" dragster. I got plans for this one. The other is a Toyota LiteAce van I picked up cheap. Nice thing is the kit is all there. It's going to be turned into Ratchet.
  7. Very nice work so far. This is a fun kit. It goes together very well.
  8. Manowar - Wheels of Fire White Wizzard - 40 Deuces Rob Zombie - Dragula I likes mine on the heavier side.
  9. Got a glue-bombed Lancia Stratos coming in. I've got a brand new kit, but this'll give me the wheels and tires that I was missing.
  10. Very nice!!
  11. Very nice! Interior looks awesome. I can't wait to see how the body comes out
  12. Looks like a great kit! Curious to see how it builds up.
  13. Nice work so far. Keep up the good work.
  14. I drove one. It was definitely something to scoff at.
  15. Would love to have the GMC motor home. I'd love to build the one from "Stripes".
  16. Actually, I don't think the prices are as terrible as they seem to be. When I first started driving, gas ran about $.69 a gallon around here. The average model kit at the time ran about $10. Gas has more than tripled, but the price of kits has barely more than doubled. And occasionally, you can catch kits for $10 or less on clearance.
  17. Glue Bombs! Much cheaper than new ones. Just gotta be careful about how badly they got "bombed".
  18. This is AWESOME!!
  19. I got a glue bomb of one of these in a lot of mustangs I picked up on Ebay. It's pretty rough. There was a yellow "Super Cobra" in the lot with it. I'll take the two and make one good kit of of the two, probably with the markings of the pace car.
  20. Those above, plus add the Mobius 1953 Hudson and the Galaxie 1948 Chevy series. Both have exceptional detail.
  21. The Lindberg 71 Challenger kit. That was a Palmer, right? Yeah, it was real ugly when I opened that box. The MPC 67 GTO is pretty bad, but it was a gift. I've got one of the Trumpeter Bonneville's. It's not great, but it beats the stuffing out of the other two I've mentioned. One of their worse ones is the 1978 Monte Carlo. The engraving for the badges is off scale and thin, so they'd disappear as soon as you painted it. The engine is an unrecognizeable lump. I ended up adapting the engine out of the Revellogram Monte Carlo SS. The tires are WAAAYY off scale. They're nice tires, but they worked better for my 240Z than a Monte Carlo.
  22. The metal Packard kit is really nice, if I remember it correctly. There was a series of them, the Packard, a Jaguar XK-120, 57 T-bird and an MG, again if memory serves.
  23. One of these is going to be my next project, too.
  24. AWWWW, MAN, Those last two bring back so many memories of my old Matchbox collection. Wish I had never given those away.
