  1. Mark, after lookin at it for a minute, I realized it's a SLOT CAR!!! What a great job you did on it! It looks GREAT! There's a slot car track near my house, and Some of the guys here are REAL into them. Check out Trans Am Erik's posts on his Blue Max racer, over in Slot/Raceing cars.
  2. Bruno, he HAS them all, they just may not be on his facebook page yet. His quality IS TOP NOTCH!. I know there's NO reason to take my word, but I have no reason to lie to you. Try his stuff out, or better yet, get a hold of Kevin, and just ask HIM what's avalable. He IS a great person to deal with, So is Jeff, they're BOTH excellent resin casters, and you WON'T be sorry if you do try them! ;)
  3. Tamiya, Toystar, Modelcraft, and Academy all make 24th/25th scale tanks. ModelCraft and Toystar both have the British Centurion MBT in 25th scale. Tamiya,Academy and Toystar do make WWII era tanks, German, and Russian, but there are no kits avalable for modern tanks(Except the Centurion)Like the Abrams, or Germanys MBT. Like I said, Franklin Mint offers the Abrahms in die cast 24th scale, VERY nice model. About 200.00 bucks. The rest of these can be had at less or around a hundred bucks. i don't know if you can find them in OZ, but since your closer to Japan than we are, I would IMAGINE you could get them at reasonable prices. Hope this helps somehow.
  4. See wat I mean Kris? He's so honest, it's pitiful!!!! Jus help Kev keep an eye on him! An DON'T let him buy TOO MANY fleas!!!
  5. Izzat the same killer dog you hadta lock in the John???? Watch out for them Kris, i think it MIGHT be kinda hard for Jeff!
  6. Matt, the Franklin Mint has a Abrahms in 24th scale. I have two. They're about 200 bucks if I remember correctly. And yes, they DO look inpressive as a lowboy load. (Oh, the also offer a WWII Sherman, and a Hummer, all in 24th scale)
  7. WoW! Now THIS 'll be COOL ta watch come together! Is the Engine BEHIND the driver? I've never seen this type of racer! VERY interesting.
  8. Kev, I can see ya spendin the weekend with Kris, But HOW ya gonna but up with nutcase Jeff? I hope ya bought his meds!!!! ;)
  9. THANKS Dave!!! I DIDN'T know that the frame in the new Hemi Dart kit was set up like that! I probably wouldn't have even noticed it until it was too late!(I quit usein instruction sheets years ago!) and probably built it just like the stock frame, wonderin WHY the springs were THERE instead of where I think they should go! Thanks, it's little tips like that, that help!
  10. Did you paint it or just polish the plastic? Nice gloss. I agree, it's NICE ta see tha Ol General dun up as somethin else! Came out lookin GOOD!!!
  11. Funny how the rear quarters seem to be MADE for something like this! Great jobwith the stance(the rest of it ain't too shabby either!) The colors real nice too. REAL nice lookin build!
  12. Pete, them "Latinus Correctus" names are too confuseing to me. I'll just call it like I see it, it'sa "Killer Viper"!!!!!! ANOTHER fine job you've gotten us into!!!!
  13. I'm here for ya Johnny. I'll add you's BOTH to my pray list. It'll be ok, just keep your faith.God Bless You.
  14. If you guys ain't ever seen these lil monsters run, your in for a TREAT!!! Yep those wheelie bars DO work! If you watch closely when they launch, the actually do keep the front tires on the track, Good thing they DON'T hafta steer these lil rascals!. just like the real guys, things get pretty frantic at launch!!!
  15. I'm no Mopar expert, either Len, but I THINK your right. They used the Dana's in the 4 spd cars(My Charger ran a dana) and the 8 in in the automatics. The Dana was used caz it was just a stronger rear, to take the abuse of the 4 spd.. Auto's an 8in in the Hemi caz it wasn't as much of a shock to the drivetrain. ;)
  16. Harold, your in Flint, I'm in Deeetroit, Harry's in Chicago. Personally I think Barbados sounds JUST FINE!!!
  17. Notice how "At home" it looks on the track? That's caz THAT'S where it's MEANT ta be!!!! Great Job, Erik!!!
  18. See wadimean????? These guys REALLY are alot of fun. ;)
  19. THANKS,Matt. I was just wondrin, caz there's a Three Rivers here in Michigan too. I JUST SAW Both these screwballs at last Fridays Club meeting, an they never mentioned it to me. Or did they? gettin old's a drag! ;)
  20. REAL glad ta see ya back,Marcus!!! Good to see some of the older guys comin back(no offense Brother!), HOPEFULLY you'll stick around now that Gregg's made some GOOD changes!
  21. I too, thank you Gregg!
  22. WOW! That ribbon paint on the little white chevy pick-up was REALLY nice. This guy was a real builder/collector.
  23. Nice ride,Andy! The subtle flames on the fenders are really a nice touch! Great job!
