This gentleman has develped his hobby into an ARTform, not just a hobby anymore. If YOU spent as much time as he has you MAY be as good,given how deep the desire to excel can be. I do admire his work, but to put MY hobby away just caz someone is better than me is a silly thing for me to hear. ALOTTA the guys here are MUCH better than me, even with 50 years of bulding under my belt, but I can still appericiate a masters work, which THIS getleman IS. He is an ARTISTE not just a modeler!

Even as a model I think it's UGLY, but you can make a silk purse from a sows ear, so I DO believe your model will be an EXACT copy! Please don't take this wrong, but EVERYBODY has different tastes.

I've gotten quite a few bodies from Ray. He suffers from Cancer so he's alotta times in ALOT of pain and the hassle of doin shows is wearin on him. He CAN be VERY gruff, downright rude IF you DON'T know what wrong. I've gotten to know him over the years and I've met Ruth and his daughter and son in law. Nice folks. As long as Ray has his meds, he can be quite interesting to talk with. As for selling his stuff,Steve Kohler is the ONLY guy I know of that carries his line. And I CAN'T say ENOUGH good about Steve, he's the BEST!!!!!

It came out VERY nicely, but I couldn't help but noticed you didn't BMF the chrome drip molding. No big deal, but with as much chrome as this boat had, it is noticable to me, at least. Still, it is a VERY nicely done job!

I've got Seans BBC Motion VC and they are JUST as nice as the kits parts!

LS engines have seperate exhast ports, like a big block chevy. You can use small ford headers, like the ones in the 32 ford kits, an no one will ever notice the difference. GREAT conversion you got goin there too!

Is this a kit? You converted it from a Wespe Kit? I had no idea it was even available in 24th scale! Who makes it? Is it a Euro only kit? Sorry for all the questions, but this is a VERY nicely done conversion!!! You dun GUUD!!!!
