What's the best way to go about lowering the Revell 49 Merc? I figure the chassis on the woody and the regular Merc are the same, I only have the woody. I'm looking to lower it or maybe even put a slight rake on it for an upcoming build. So what's the best way to lower it without extensive surgery?

Recently Rockstar held a photo contest in GTA V looking for cool pictures of some of your favorite rides. All of this was done in game with the photo editor. Here are some of the pictures I shot of several of my favorite cars.

I know the guy who's truck that is,John Paul West, he's a friend of mine. He said this happened when he used ambroid glue. He contacted Moebius and they hooked him up with replacements and asked for one of his wheels for testing. As for coating it he said he cleared the rest of his wheels before he glued them and they've been OK.

Similar story but instead of valiants it was with all the variations of the Tom Daniels bad news kits at a buddy of mine. I ask him why he had so many, it was the first model he'd every built and wanted as many as possible.

I saw this on facebook and did a happy dance. Finally the perfect hauler for the line of galaxie trailers! And as for a dually I REALLY hope they do one of those as well.

I know there are a few train guys on here, so I though I'd share. This property is located in Sherwood, Oregon and is about 20 acres. it is also for sale. If I had the money I would buy it.

It's nice to see them posting about that, seems pretty well received judging on the comments. Who knows maybe it will spawn a weekly/monthly thing from them.

It's pretty obvious. The models are the transportation device for drugs. Just pop the body off of one of these poorly built models and you will find enough coke to get you life behind bars.

I like the Idea of the competition but leave the rest be. When you start doing things like Street/custom/show rod it can throw people off. I say make Nascar/drag competition and leave automotive the way it is.

Custom's can be a pain, I recently had them hold a package for about two weeks. Not bad compared to some others stories but still not fun.

Do you know if the hood on the blazer is different from the hood on the Pick up? I would think they would be the same.

I hate to say so but I'm pretty sure this topic has something to do with model cars, mainly since we are discussing model cars. As for adding catagories that doesn't have to happen, just renaming them to include more things could be done. For example circuit racing and straight line.

I don't think that will really do anything,best thing to do is ask and make your case, but not fight them. That will just end in tears.

Thanks Oscar, some very cool stuff on that forum,but what I was meaning was F1 on the MCM forum. I hate to say it but where do they go? They are far from Nascar and drag racing. "Other" says anything that isn't a car and the previous mentioned race vehicles are cars. What if the Nascar catagory was renamed "Track racing" or something similar. Seems like you could take out more than few birds with one stone.

It would be cool if you could add a poll to the topic and people could vote.I think it would be pretty sweet, motivates more people to post builds and more people to look at said posted builds. I have never seen an F1 car on here, I don't even know where to look for them! I support any growth and blossoming of the forum but,expect this to get locked soon. People seem to be afraid of change,even if it's little.
