  1. Make a jacket/shirt,magazine,pizza box, polishing rag, or something in scale sitting on the hood.
  2. That fly must be huge. Almost need a shotgun for one that big! Nice Merc.
  3. I see whatcha did there. I think I will build mine as either a "Harley Edition" or a hauler for a galaxie trailer.
  4. You could try and sand it down and then decal over it.
  5. I'm digging the weird splatter paint job on the Camino. You should build it like that and Photoshop it onto an old street rodder magazine cover.
  6. Would not surprise me. If I were head of the place I would already be looking for a good safe place to rebuild. Now the hard part is going to be finding a good area for it, it's current location right of the interstate is a great place for it tourism wise, nature wise not so much. Remember when they got hit by a tornado a few years back?
  7. Very cool build man. Who's kit is this?
  8. All that I'm trying to say is its a little hypocritical to insult someone for a slight remark when you fill threads with them all the time. Any other questions (Or complaints) you can shoot me a PM. As for the Vettes I could care less about 'em, easily one of the most over hyped GM vehicles ever made next to the '69 Camaro, but I can still see the massive amount of damage that has occurred. Also the sinkhole does make me feel like GM my have cut some corners on building the museum. I'm no architect but common sense when building a extremely expensive building filled with millions of $$ of cars you would at least check underground with a sonar or something to make sure you were not on top of a cave.
  9. I really don't think you have much wiggle room on calling guys out on that Lee. As for what caused it Bowling Green is full of caves, I can almost guarantee that there was one directly under the museum.
  10. I still think it's hilarious. Now we have a few less midlife crisis mobiles in the world.
  11. That would be excellent Carl. Maybe we could have a meet up with some other guys on the forum.
  12. Revell mentioned in comment to my post on thier facebook page that they will be selling the snap kit in late august/early September. Seems like a long time to make a box for the kit.
  13. Good news I was looking through my parts box today and found a set of rims very similar to the ones in the picture off of a monogram 635CSi kit I got. I think I might cast me an extra set for other beamer projects.
  14. The best ones are the Fujimi instruction sheets. Still trying to find my "Disposable organ" fire extinguisher.
  15. He I recently picked up the BMW M1 Pro Car by Esci/ertl and I'm still trying to figure out what to do with it. I know that Renaissance does some but they are sky high in prices, over 40 bucks for a decal sheet, ouch! Anyone know of a kit with these wheels in it or an aftermarket guy that makes 'em?
  16. Well here's my score from Crossville. I think I did pretty well.
  17. Ahh yes, looks like the European cousin of PJ Toys. Does he take apart kits and sell the parts individually for crazy prices?
  18. It's only worth what someones willing to pay for it.
  19. Very nice.
  20. Should be around 30-35. expect some internet retailers to have it in the 25-30 zone plus shipping.
  21. Lost my local Hobbytown recently so I'm still trying to find a close by hobby shop that stocks models well. The next town over there is a huge hobby shop called family hobbies but they are about 95% RC based and just carry the very basics of modeling. The new kits that I want I guess I will have to buy from vendors at shows or online.
  22. That'd be great Erik. If it is I might need to go pick one up.
