  1. The neat thing about replicating wood like found in vehicles is that you can really personalize the look.
  2. The changes to the bed look more realistic. Great looking paint finish and colors. The interior blends in well with the body colors.
  3. Beautiful looking paint work. Wouldn't think of combining these two colors until seeing it done here. Interesting looking chassis and well detailed as well.
  4. Like the polished plastic finish. Clean interior details and like the engine.
  5. Beautiful paint color and finish and the white stripes don't show any red thru them. The engine detailing looks very realistic. Clean looking interior.
  6. Great looking body trim. Like the interior colors.
  7. The vinyl roof cover looks just like the posted photos.

    '67 Dodge Charger

I can see why. I think they are finally seeing the appreciation that they deserve. The styling in '66 and '67 was a little out of the norm and when the '68 Chargers arrived they just got all of the attention.
  9. Great looking Brat. Clean body trim and decal stripes look good against this body color.
  10. Great looking roadster. Like the A with an A grill and radiator. Nice to see a well-done Flathead like this.
  11. Great looking paint work, and I also like the interior texture. Looks much like the included photo of the car trying not to kill any cones.
  12. Beautiful looking paint color and finish. Clean body trim. The White interior goes well with the exterior. Hard to beat Rallys on a Chevy. These are very nice kits to build.
  13. Great looking build and like the Grabber Blue paint.
  14. Great looking paint color and finish and goes well with the interior color. Like the engine and the rear tires.

    '67 Dodge Charger

Hi Garry, Glad you liked the interior. I have a couple of pictures before installing the interior. I see I was lazy about blending the joint between the front and back of the seats. Can't really see it from the outside looking in now.
  16. Great looking color combination with the Black vinyl rood and trim. Remember seeing a few done like this when they were new, Muscle but with a touch of a luxury look. Great engine detailing.
  17. Great looking color and finish. Like the clean Boss stripes and body trim. Good stance with the wheel & tires filling the wheel well openings.
  18. I agree, to me it doesn't make a business sense for them both to offer the same kit at about the same time. That said AMT did offer a '69 Camaro Convertible kit that was very good for the time it was released. There was a time years ago when Revelle started to offer a '67 Chevelle 396 ss, and AMT came out at the same time with the same style kit. In that case I would say buy which ever one you like since they both turned out well. Do you like the AMT '67 Chevelle ProStreet with stock taillights or the Revell Pro Street version with the custom rear fascia?
  19. As Steve pointed out, the AMT version has some body proportion issues that many would become frustrated with trying to make right.
  20. Sounds like pilot error to me. Tragic for the young children.
  21. This is the Revell '67 Charger as a day 2 car. The suspension has been slightly lowered front and rear. Used the kits wheels with slightly wider tires. Some minor trim removed. The paint is Tamiya TE89 Pearl Blue and TS72 Clear Blue and TS65 Pearl Clear. The trim is all done with Bare-Metal Foil. Both front and rear bumpers have been brought closer to the body and the grill was also set into the body. The interior is done with TS58 Pearl Lt.Blue and semi-gloss clear. The carpet is done with Fuzzy Fur and chrome trim is all foiled. The windows are tinted with a couple of light coats of TS72 Clear Blue. The engine is lightly detailed with spark plug wires, dist., and heater hoses. Removed the chrome from the valve covers and painted them a semi-gloss black. Great kit with no fitment issues.
  22. Great looking paint finish and color. Building a model of past vehicles always brings back a lot of memories. These were some very nice trucks, and the one I owned was a 1500 Extended cab short bed 2wd. Went just over 100k miles before I sold it.
  23. Great looking paint finish and colors. Like the clean body trim.
  24. I agree with the others on your paint work and color. Much more eye catching than the drabber colors sometimes seen on this body style. Like your interior details and materials.
  25. My complements on getting the roof to operate, that is no easy task. Beautiful looking paint finish and two-tone color combination.
