You can almost see this dancing thru the S's at the old Riverside track back in the day.

All of these builds are outstanding and very creative. I like the early Submarine.

The '56 Ford Crew Cab had to be an adventure to build. I like the Street Rod vibe of all your builds. The '37 Flat Back looks like a 1:1 parked by the side of the road. I'm very partial to your red '49 Ford.

Great range of builds. All nice clean builds with great color selections. The '67 Chevelle, is that the Revell kit or the AMT kit ?

Looks showroom ready. I didn't realize that anyone offered the Spider decals.

They all look great and I like how you got the "Bass Boat" sparkle on the little Dune Buggy just like the 1:1's.

I hope the flood didn't get your Firebird. I remember following your C10 build. I mentioned at that time that a friend of mine had the same color combination with chrome wheels and the same stance. Very clean looking Plymouth Fury.

Beautiful looking builds. I like the Hot Rod 3 window and the Chevy Low Rider. Different color combination on the Merc. Then there is the "Stink Bug" stance Hemi Thunder.

Beautiful looking build. The paint finish is perfect and I like the color you used. The interior looks clean. The attention to detailing on the engine is special. All of the wiring, decals and hose clamps are very realistic looking.

While this is a great kit, AMT was trying to put so many details and opening doors and all it make for a fiddly build. My compliments to you for the proper routing of the spark plug wires. As a builder you put the details like plug wires and they're routed in such a way that they are hardly seen, but they are there and where they belong. It's a personal thing with me as a closet rivet counter.

You have the stance, wheels and tires down. Are you going to run a front bumper ? The reason I ask is that the area between the grill and the bumper on this kit is shaped wrong. On the 1:1 car it is a fairly flat surface and the kit is ok until it drops behind the bumper. With a front bumper I don't think this would be noticed, but if you're going bumper less the flat forward facing surface is something you might want to trim off. With the much better Revell chassis this should be a great build.

Excellent paint and decals. Seeing it done as you have it compared to the picture on the box cover, it really catches your eye. Are you going to do the SS in blue like the box art or do you have something else in mind ? If the rest of this build goes together like the body, and I'm sure it will, these should be great looking builds.

I think the Revell kit will prove to be the better of the two, but remember there is several years between the time these kits were developed. So AMT might prove to be a very good kit for it's age. I have my name on a waiting list for this new tool and I hope Revell can get back on it's feet and start offering additional kits of this quality.

I have separated the leftover kit parts into old kit boxes. I label them with the type of parts inside. These are easily stacked on a shelf and makes it easy to look for what I may need at the time.

Kind of an odd reaction. You would think they would point out that it was an import show and ask you to remove your car from the display. On the other hand they may have thought you were a NARC in under cover garb and thought they had better clear the area. Does leave one to wonder. You had showered that morning ?

Great looking Fairlane. Very cleanly detailed.

They all look great. I had to stare at the Firebird for a while, I really like the car and your model of it.

The truck looks good, and the well worn look on the MoPars is good also.

Beautiful looking build. The longer rear shackles bring back memoires of the back yard engineering of the day. I think it may look better without the black hood stripe. With the side stripes and different colors here and there it sometimes detracts from the appearance of the body and paint color.
