    GT-R Z-Tune

Great looking build. I like the paint treatment.
  2. Very impressive group. I like to study each one and see all of the detail that went into them. Something about the B/Gas '55 Chevy that really resonates with me.
  3. Great clean building style. I remember the '55 build. Great weathering on the Armored car. The Motorcycles look like they would be a great challenge and they all look perfect. The '632 Impala makes me want to sing the song, that just what they looked like. Now that El Camino, I would like to see more of that one.
  4. Your '57 Ford looks like the perfect grocery getter in 1957. I remember seeing LUV trucks just like this back in the day. I'd like to see what's under the hood on that Charger. I like the style of your A Hot Rod. Where did the body for this Jeep come from? That looks like a fun build. Hard to beat a Corvette with a blower. Great looking Bel Air cruiser.
  5. Great looking Big Rigs. That Hot Rod A is really well done. I remember watching your '57 Sedan Delivery build, nice to see it again also.
  6. Remarkable Fabrication on your build. I just saw a small picture of the 1:1 car in the February issue of Street Rodder and you are dead on in your build.
  7. John, I enjoy where you're going with this and what ever you my choose to call it. I have this kit but never got around to building it. Now that I see what you are doing with your build, and especially with the Hot Rod 4 Banger, I'm looking forward to watching this come together.
  8. The chassis looks like the real deal.
  9. The Surgery on the front end went well. That is a great deal of body work and the fact that you didn't have anymore problems than you did shows you know what you're doing. The wiring and plumbing for this will be intensive, look forward to watching your build.
  10. Thank you for pointing out the error in spelling. I'm trying to override my Spell Check on the Computer but it seems to have a mind of its own. I apologize if my remarks offended you or others in regards to a particular age group. I think if you reread what I posted, not just the first sentence, I think you might better understand that what I was saying was in defense of this age group that was being criticized by others. Now I see that others are also pointing out very similar experiences. Again, I agree with this being about "Stupid People" but without trashing a group in its entirety
  11. I like the variety of subjects you built. They are all well done and the Trans Am made me smile.
  12. They are all great looking builds. I'm partial to the '69 Camaro, nice job on the Splitter.
  13. Outstanding fit and finish. Very realistic looking.
  14. Great looking Thunder Bolts and the '60 Sunliner is not often done. Was the Sunliner based on the Revelle Starliner ?
  15. Nice clean looking build. You put a lot of work into this based on what you had to start with but it was all worth it.
  16. Super nice build. I agree with you, the Green Metallic/Saddle combination likes timeless. Excellent engine and interior detailing.
  17. I like your creativity on these different versions of the Cobra. The Corvette Split Window Roof idea is very different.

    2017 Builds

Very nice, I like your different types of Competition builds.
  19. You had a big year it looks like. I liked the Big Rigs. I remember the V-12 Pontiac and the '34 Chevrolet especially.
  20. Beautiful builds. I was wondering about the '66 SS396, it looks like it may be one of the early Monogram kits. I think the Camaro Spoiler on the Firebird looks better than what Pontiac had. The Yenko Die Cast turned out great.
  21. I think with the Quad Headlights it fills the Grill Opening and reduces the size of the Grill so that neither feature dominate the appearance of the front of the model.
  22. Great Fabrication on the Motor Mounts and the Suspension. I like your Intake Manifold design.
  23. Great looking Wheels and Tires and the Chrome Knock Offs set it off perfectly. I like the stance and the way the Tires tuck up into the Wheel Wells.
  24. Very impressive Frame work here. Besides the added strength of the Brass Frame you can make it anyway you want.
  25. I have some Wheel & Tire kits that I picked up several years ago. They were made by MRC and called Muscle Car Hop-Up Set. MRC offered both Keystone and Cragar style wheels in different kits. They were offered in different kits with either Good Year, Firestone and Mickey Thompson tires in large rear diameter and smaller front tires. The Mickey Thompsons have the tread pattern of the Pure Stock tires shown in Robberbaron's post. I don't think they are available any longer retail but maybe someone will have some they will trade or sell. The companies address was Model Rectifier Company, 80 Newfield Drive, Edison, New Jersey 08837. The boxing is from 1997 so there is no web site mentioned. Maybe with this information you can find them if you think they will fulfill your needs.
