This paint finish is about as smooth as it gets. The engine detailing along with the body trim and chassis all look great.

Looks sort of like the old California Department of Forestry color, usually with a light gray roof, but they may have found that option to pricy when you're buying so many vehicles.

I have found several different size storage units at Wall Mart as well as some home supply-based supply stores. There are some with pull out drawers that can even be divided into additional compartments. These are usually in a "Tupperware" type material and pretty reasonably priced.

The one doctor who sent me to have the therapy was real interested in how it would heal and had follow up visits about my finger. I think he was as surprised by what they did as I was pleased with the outcome.

Not all automotive rubber hoses work well with all the different petroleum-based products used in cars and trucks. Best to verify with the parts supplier that the type of hose they are selling you will work in your application.

Sort of broke my right ring finger the yard a few years ago. At the joint of the last part of the finger was at a right angle to the direction of the finger. I went to the Emergency Care Center and from the X-Rays it was dislocated. I was told I had two options. They wanted to see if they could reset it but leave it joint straight and unable to move. The other was an amputation of the last segment of the finger, I wasn't really high on that idea. They kept saying that there was little they could do for it. Then they suggested Therapy as a maybe. Very happy with that outcome. The Therapist made a hard plastic support for the finger with a couple of fabric straps with some Velcro on the end to hold my finger in place. Just a couple of weeks later I had and still do have full use of the finger with no problems at all.

On the steering column issue. Sometimes lowering the point where the steering column meets the toe board, by that I mean close to the bottom edge of the toe board where it meets the flat floor, can change the angle of the column and the position of the steering wheel. Like the paint color and the way the interior works with it.

I remember when off colors in primer would be the final coat of paint. Like the smooth body work and the stance. The engine upgrade would make sense in the real world as well.

Rented "The Beekeeper" from the library the other day. I had seen the TV ads, and we were going to see it at the theater, but it came and went before we could see it. I like to see an action movie once in a while, but this one turned out to be a little more than I anticipated. Think of "Mission Imposable" with a heavy Martial Arts influenced vibe along with a secret government agent sort of movie.

Speaking of fireworks. Like so many other places, the KC Metro area could pass as a war zone with all the fireworks, Last night, the third of July, one of the neighbors had sons and daughters visiting and brought the grandchildren. Not a problem until the sun set and the bored children went out to set off some fireworks. We live on a corner that has an unfinished roadway on one side of the corner alongside our home. This is where they thought it would be best since it was away from where they were visiting and might not bother their parents. The only problem was it was outside our bedroom, and they weren't going to move even after I politely point out to them the error of their ways. I was about to call the PD, but they ran out of ammunition.
