  1. The wood did vary from car to car with some of the more unique wood being saved for special customers. I shot this one at a show last month, gorgeous wood on this example. Try my woodie albums for more examples.
  2. I've used Fotki for about 10 years and have never had trouble linking photos, sounds like you heard that from someone who didn't understand what they were doing. For the small annual fee Fotki can't be beat for all the options they offer, remember you get what you pay for with the free sites!
  3. Here's a few more shots of that one - these are from this year's Grand National Roadster Show and this was parked outside the "Suede Palace"
  4. OK - but if it takes you 8 hours from Vegas to SLC you're going too slow - lol.
  5. I will be there - too much fun to miss! Only a 10 hour drive for me.
  6. Of course using FTP is at least twice as fast for uploading to Fotki and works with any OS.
  7. One of the coolest features of a center door T is the rear window...
  8. So, roll the computer back to a restore point that was before this problem and see if that fixes it. Do it in safe mode to be sure no malware is starting that would prevent you from using a restore point. Start - Accessories - System Tools - Restore - (to get there)
  9. R&R does/did a '56 2 dr. Wagon - the coupes, Camaro & Firebird have all been kitted.
  10. I use the one built into my phone - always works great and it's real time satellite based, so it never needs updates and has real time traffic!
  11. Hmmm - May/June? Checked the Hobby Shop yesterday and it's not in yet - this is the middle of July. Gregg if you want us to take the magazine seriously how about meeting deadlines and distributing it on the newstands?
  12. If you're going to keep the purple definitely go with a silver flake top, maybe with a couple purple scallops! Want to make it stand out, do everything but the roof in a semi-gloss clear for that suede look and have the roof in a gloss.
  13. You might want to check out the Imperial Palace Car Collection - here's a link to a free ticket.
  14. By the way, you might enjoy looking through this thread on the H.A.M.B. - over 50 pages of T-Bolt stuff
  15. Here ya go... ... and here's the link to more pics, the white ones are real and the maroon car is a clone. Engine is black.
  16. Just look up Hawaiian Pidgin to understand some of it - to really understand it you have to live there for a while! Here's a couple links to get you started... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hawaiian_Pidgin http://www.e-hawaii.com/pidgin ...and then there's the You Tube explanations to help you with pronunciation... http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=hawaiian+pidgin+english
  17. I don't remember, what I do remember is that it was one of five built and the only one remaining! Yeah that was from the Mercedes Classic Center in Irvine, amazing what is in there and the quality of their restorations is second to none.
  18. By the way here's some pics of that red Mercedes being put back together about 6 weeks ago...
  19. Pete - it's actually known as Cars & Coffee and yes there are always amazing cars there!
