I'm guessing that's the 1/32 scale set ? I've looked at it several times at the LHS but haven't grabbed it yet , maybe you could post some more pics down in the Model Car Racing section . As a kid in the 60's I was really into slot cars , maybe more than models .

Congrats on a beautiful restoration ! Definitely a ton of work but well worth the effort !

I overlooked them for years , mainly because I was stuck on 1/25 scale . After restoring one a year or so ago I realized they really represent not just the models of the time but also the trends in hot rodding too . With lower parts count they may seem simplistic by todays standards , but they make a great addition to any model shelf !
