  1. Very nicely done Paul ! That's a beautiful color !
  2. Don't ever see a white Deuce . . . I like it ! And those ww decals are a real nightmare , you did good .
  3. Excellent job creating this piece of history ! Congrats on a beautiful model !
  4. I really like how that turned out , it looks really great ! But what happened to the hood ?
  5. Beautiful ! It's nice to see some different takes on this kit instead of them always being built stock . Great work !
  6. Beautifully done ! And they don't always need all of the plumbing done to be a winning model , your's is a perfect example of that !
  7. Having built a couple of these I know first hand that you couldn't have picked a harder one to do your first foiling job , fantastic job !
  8. Joseph also has these same wheels in a slightly larger 1/24th size (U.S. Indy Mags) . You can mix them for a big & little set . http://www.fireballmodels.info/ These are beautiful wheels and the service is excellent !
  9. Very very nicely done Eric ! I wouldn't mind one in my garage either !
  10. Put it in a Hot Wheels package and you could sell a ton of them at Walmart . You did some really nice work here sectioning the body and adding the different parts to it . . . and of course the paint is beautiful !
  11. Agreed , and the color is perfect for it . Very nicely done ! Only thing I'd suggest is to lighten up on the panel lines , with that color they don't need to be that dark .
  12. Yeah , leave the door handles alone . No sense taking a chance on messing something up ! I think it looks great overall and the MIG washes are very subtle like they should be , too many go overboard with their wash and it doesn't look realistic . Congrats on a very nice job !
  13. After reading Adam's review and studying his great photos (they do enlarge when clicked !) I stopped snickering and decided this kit has some possibilities and it's now on my shopping list . I wish it was molded in white but I can live with the silver plastic and those beautiful tires almost justify buying the kit only for them . . . Thumbs up to Round2 for a nice job on them !

Nice work ! The emblems look right to me .
  15. Great looking '59 ! I love the 2-tone blue you picked and the wheel/tire combination looks great too !
  16. Very nice Mike , the paint and the wood look great ! (Nice license plate too !)
  17. Nice one Jim ! I really like that interior , a little more subdued than usual !
  18. I had the opportunity to meet and talk to Marty Robbins at Daytona back in the early 70's and he was a genuinely nice guy . He was accepted by the other drivers and crews and really was one of the good ol' boys . He also had pretty decent equipment . . . his cars were built by Petty Enterprises . Anybody remember this ?

Cool looking graphics for Memorial day ! The one thing that stands out to me are the mold lines on the bumpers , when you have those they should be sanded down smooth . Of course that means redoing the chrome somehow , but since you have an airbrush you could try some Alcad II Chrome . Since this is an old build maybe you already have .
  20. Great work and congrats on the trophy ! I actually had an antenna like that once !
  21. Now that's a sharp looking Vette , great job !
  22. Very cool little roadster !
