  1. Pete J is correct that the scale is irrelevant , and Ace-Garageguy is also correct that the way the wheels were originally listed didn't make any sense . Both problems were solved when the actual sizes were added to the website . I'm not pointing a finger but this kind of petty bickering is exactly why I've been absent from this forum for some time . I suspect that I'm not the only one who's disappeared because of this . Please guys , shake hands and let's just help each other and enjoy the hobby .
  2. I've got a stack of old Monogram 1/24 kits in my closet that I'm planning on building . So far I've only finished two of them .
  3. Very nicely done , the paint is beautiful !
  4. I received this reply from ScaleMotorsports : BobThanks for your interest in our new 3D printed wheel sets. The sizes of the wheels were designed to fit any 1:24th or 1:25th size tire, meaning the Bigs are for 1:24th scale and the littles are for 1:25th scale, you can mix or match them so your build would have Littles on the front and bigs on the rear. The OD for the Bigs is .670 and the OD for the Littles are .640We have test fitted them on dozens of tires from Revell and Monogram and they all fit great! And later I received this reply :BobI've gone ahead and added the outside dimensions for both the Bigs and Littles to each website product page. Bigs = .670Littles = .620Hopefully that will be exactly what everyone is looking! Thanks very much for the feedback! Best regards:Matthew WellsScale Motorsport"Be A Builder"
  5. I agree Bill , I'd be interested in tryng a set of these . I'm not going to jump to any conclusions about rim sizes , I'll just ask for exact sizes from ScaleMotorsports . When I get a reply from them I'll post the sizes here . Problem solved .
  6. I sold one of my El Caminos after working on it all winter and bought me a Silverado . It's a 2012 LTZ with only 14,600 miles on it , and it's got every available option on it !

  11. The shipping is slow (about 3-4 weeks) but it's worth the wait ! Very complete , the only thing bad about it is the black windows . We'll have to make our own .
  12. Very cool Jeff , and congrats again on the win !!
  13. That's really nice ! I built the pickup version as a kid , I think I need to build the convertible this time around !
  14. That's pretty cool Ray ! How 'bout a 1/27 scale Daytona Coupe slot car body ? Deigned to fit on a 90mm wheelbase chassis it looks closer to 1/24th scale .
