  1. Great looking coversion to a LS ! I've always liked this look better than the SS nose .
  2. Great looking model even without the extra detailing of the wheels and engine , very nicely done ! And great photos too , the shot with the tire tread really shows how nice those tires are .
  3. Very cool , nicest one I've ever seen ! Great work Tye !
  4. I forgot about this one . I built it in 1977 and packed it away really well for 35 years . When I unboxed it a couple of years ago it looked just like the day I built it !
  5. That looks great ! I like the helmet painted nickel instead of chrome plated , it looks like the full size Red Baron built by Chuck Miller !
  6. Nicely done , the color is perfect !
  7. Great looking El Camino , that color combo is really sharp ! And it just happens to be my favorite car .
  8. Beautiful '55 ! I'd like to see one that didn't give you fits .
  9. Yep I remember that one ! The working wipers were my favorite part !
  10. I have a bunch of survivors but these are the only ones I have pics of right now . All built by me in late 60's - early 70's .
  11. Candy tangerine over a yellow base topped with clear pearl .
  12. You're kidding right ? That's a gorgeous truck !
  13. Great looking Mustang ! The interior looks very real and the wash on the grille and hubcaps really add to the look !
  14. Beautifully done , and the color looks perfect !
  15. Great looking Chevy , and your foil looks awfully good to me ! Nice work !
  16. I got started really early with Matchbox cars and Tonka trucks but When I was around 6 or 7 my brother and I shared this one . Mattel's V-rroom was about a foot long and was battery powered . It just went in circles while you held the stick attached by a string , made engine sounds , and was lots of fun for a little kid ! When I was eight I got a real remote control car ! The Crusader 101 was about two feet long and even had a spare and tools in the trunk to change the tires !
