  1. Love those decals ! Nice job !
  2. She's a real beauty alright ! Do you use metalizer for the brass ? It looks very realistic . Also , what scale is this ? It looks larger than 1/25th scale .
  3. Excellent details Russell ! I'm not a fan of NASCAR anymore but I lived and breathed it thru the 60's 70's and 80's . It might be blasphemy but I LIKE IT !!!

    70 Buick GSX

Nicely done Brett ! It's often overlooked but is still one of my favorite muscle cars .
  5. Yeah . . . maybe . . . I don't know . . . The bed doesn't really match the lines of the body . . . but it's a good idea and looks like it was done right , not just thrown together !
  6. I have felt this way for a while now . I'm no longer hurrying to finish a build , instead I enjoy working on the subassemblies . It can be the rear suspension or the engine or even the engine bay and I might spend a month or better on just one area ! Even though my detailing is a long way from some of the stuff I've seen on this forum , I enjoy the challenge of trying something new with each build . I guess that's why it takes me forever to complete a model !
  7. Ron , I checked the link you gave and you have a lot of models posted ! Are they all yours or do you just post ones that you like ? I'm trying to figure out how it works or why it works . There doesn't seem to be any explanation anywhere so I'm not sure what the purpose is . I will spend some more time there today and look around a bit . . . I'll let you know what I decide .
  8. X3 . . . Not really interested but I don't do the facebook thing either !
  9. Great looking Rancheros Chuck ! Custom or stock , they always look good !
  10. Great looking conversion and excellent detailing ! Love the dash !

Excellent work Carmin ! Looking forward to seeing more of your builds .
  12. Yep , I believe '80 and '81 Fairmonts were converted by a private company . Not very many ever built . Here's a brief history . . . http://www.justacargeek.com/2011/04/1981-ford-durango.html
  13. Wow that's nice ! I think I just decided on the color for my El Camino that's sitting in the garage , THANKS !
  14. Very cool Bobby ! A great bashing of parts and your wheel choice is perfect !
  15. I've been tempted to buy the pre-painted version but the black / red is getting a little too common . I really like your blue / white color combination ! Very nicely cone !

    '66 Impala

Now that's a nice looking sleeper ! Great work !
  17. That actually will come in handy . I have the kit and plan on up-scaling it to 1/64th since that's what all of my cars are . Thanks !
  18. Great looking Taxi ! I did a double take when I saw the snow tires but then I saw where you are !
  19. Turned out Fantastic Blair !! I like that it's not weathered and rusted out . . . those are cool but seeing one in pristine condition is much cooler ! Great job !
  20. Unfortunately it is up to each station to decide . . . the local Fox affiliate here in Tampa decided to run infomercials instead of the auction !
  21. That's really purty , it looks like it came right out of the 60's ! I think you made the right choice with the chrome trim around the windows instead of body color , it looks much better !
  22. It is beautiful Jay , but you forgot to mention that it's 1/16th scale !
  23. Excellent job Jason ! The seats look great as does the rest of the interior . . . and the whole car . The nicest thing is it's not RED ! Unusual for me since it is my favorite color .
  24. Always good to see a new supplier start up . It won't be easy since they already have a lot of competition , but I will definitely give them a try ! Good luck !
  25. The TV schedule is here . http://www.barrett-jackson.com/scottsdale/schedule/sd14.asp
