  1. Beautiful Camaro Bruce ! Love the Marina Blue and those wheels & tires are perfect for it !
  2. Well done Mike ! Love seeing this kit built and your dio is pretty nice too !
  3. You definitely succeeded David , that looks excellent !! I also made one attempt way back when and failed so I have another in my stash waiting for me to get up the ambition to try again .
  4. It may be nothing fancy but she's a real beauty ! Nicely done !
  5. Absolutely beautiful Willys , nice work Phil ! That paint does have kind of a candy look to it , I like it !
  6. Well done Robbie , you had a very good year ! They all look great but that wildcat looks really nice .
  7. First I've heard of water based resin , can you give more info ?

    V-8 Corvair

That's cool and very well executed , great that you were able to save it ! The cooloing holes in the rear glass are a nice touch .
  9. Nice low and smooth ! Looks great with that color and finish !
  10. Well done David , I really like that color ! A white interior would be perfect in a convertible .
  11. This is a Tweedy Pie with Boss Fink built by a friend of mine Mike Sharpless , original kits are very very expensive . Ed Roth fans have been wanting this for decades !
  12. .
  13. One of the most impressive builds I've seen , and that's saying a lot considering the level of talent on this forum . Well done ! I'm sure everybody will be referencing this for their own future projects .
  14. Nothing wrong with three , they're great ! The Talbot Lago is gorgeous and that little Corvette is just plain cool looking , well done !
  15. It was a Houndstooth pattern . That's the reason I made a separate insert for the seat , so it could be replicated with a decal .
  16. Thanks very much John ! The Ranchero is a replica of one my late Brother In Law owned years ago so it's special to me too . The Digger is kind of unusual too , those photos don't really tell the whole story . . . maybe this explains it better .
  17. Thanks much Bob ! That Bug Bomb has become very very hard to find , maybe if you can scrounge parts someone may be able to supply a body (hint hint).
  18. Thanks guys !
  19. Thanks very much everybody !
  20. Looks pretty darned good to me James ! It's a challenge to try something new and you did just fine . I built my first plane several years ago and have never done another , maybe one day .
  21. Holy Cow you really nailed this Cliff , simply superb ! Your fabrication skills are among the best , while I'll never be able to do anything near this level there are still some good ideas . Very interested in those door hinges , I may try those in the future .
  22. In 2022 I finished more than usual but I only crossed one major project off of my bucket list , the '69 Ranchero GT is a build I've wanted to do for many years and hopefully I can cross off another in 2023 . I also did maybe the most difficult thing I've ever tried to build , the Metal Earth Space Shuttle/Launch Vehicle . . . with eighty pieces this P.E. kit was a real struggle ! Here's my entire Class of 2022 .
  23. No excuse needed . . . it's just plain cool ! Great conversion , I want a real one !
  24. You've done a great job with a great kit ! Nice clean build and those colors are really sharp !
  25. Great conversion Mario , looks very convincing to me ! Love the photos with the Vickie !
