  1. Well done, great looking model.
  2. There is at least one or two resin ones but may be hard to find as well as expensive.
  3. I like what I see. Keep it goin'.
  4. Thanks Rex. She works from home so that is good. She has been making good use of my feeling bad for her and keeps me hopping. Hurts her to walk. She got stung on her big toe. I don't mind as she would do the same for me........... I think.
  5. Great job Gary. That is one great looking car.
  6. Thank you guys. She is a bit better but that may be the pill they gave her but happy she got some relieve.
  7. Nice job on a not so nice kit. It does look like a Toronado.
  8. I have no doubt you will be able to fix anything that needs fixing !
  9. Very nice work going on around here.
  10. Looking great, nice detail. Looking forward to seeing more.
  11. Thanks guys. I did some pp planning. Had to stop working on my 60 Chevy PU because I was waiting for a pre wired dist. I ordered. So I started this one. Now on hold with this one waiting for some paint I ordered. Not starting another one !
  12. I actually do have 2 Palmer kits. They are not boxed but blister packaged. Both Cobras. If it didn't say Cobra on the package you would be hard pressed to know what they are or.... supposed to be !
  13. My poor wife was stung by a scorpion last night. Right in the foot. Said she never had pain like that. We did all the things they say do do but was not getting any relieve. Numbness started to settle into her entire foot. I finally convinced her to let me take her to urgent care to get it checked out. All her vitals were good and all they could really do was give her a pain med. They also told us that the numbness could last up to a month. We bought this home new about 14 years ago and this is the first one we had even seen. We have a 'tube' system that is pipe that runs between the walls throughout the house. A man comes 4 times a year and pumps chemicals through the pipes but at least one managed to get in. Anyway, having the pest people come out and spray inside the home as well as the outside and not just the pipe thing.
  14. That has got to be one of the best examples of that kit I have ever seen. Good job !!
  15. Sharp model.
  16. Good luck with this project. Don't recall ever building a Palmer kit.
  17. Hang in there David, you will get it.
  18. Started this kit while still waiting for the 6 cyl. Distributor for the 60 Chevy pick up . Not much to show yet . Some parts primed and a few painted . Engine pretty much done . Not doing either of the kit versions . Color undecided but will be two tone .
  19. If possible when working on a tiny part try to do it inside a sandwich or storage bag. It will retain the part if it decides to take off. Kind of a pain but it does work.
  20. Looks very good. Pity no engine detail.
  21. That's a beauty ! Great added detail.
  22. Great looking model.
  23. I would have to say..... one of your best to date.
