Thanks a bunch, guys! I know I'm getting my year in review done early, but I won't finish anything else...... That's just the kit piece without the chrome frame...... I did polish the glass, though, like I've learned to do on all my builds.....

I don't see myself finishing anything else by the end of the year, so I thought I would go ahead and show what I accomplished in 2021. I've got five builds to show.... Not in any particular order..... As always, any comments are welcome, and thanks for looking!

Have you learned to not snap your legs closed when you've dropped the knife? I learned that one early on......

The feature of IG that I enjoy the most is the "Explore" feature....On a PC the button looks like a compass needle. You can find pages that may be followed by someone you follow, or related to things that you follow. I get to see a bunch of automotive and doggy posts without them crowding my personal feed....

So do I..... (use Adblock Plus)

If you're following the person, I believe what shows up in your feed is a bit larger than what is on their actual page.......

I know a lot of you guys prefer not to bother with IG, but I've discovered another reason to have an account..... Hashtags! My next modeling project will be the '62 Thunderbird that has just been re-released by Round2. I have found a bunch of tags that pertain to the '62 T Bird. Lots and lots of inspiration and reference!

I still do that! In fact, I don't have a table to eat from, I have to eat standing up..... How's that for dedication?

Is this the same kit that Revell AG just released? The new kit has fairings and Police markings...... If so, that could be a good source for the instructions in English.

Miles, man, I just was facing this issue with a T Bird SC molded in red...... I finally figured that I'll need to get an enamel paint to spray it with. Lacquers just won't work......

Sometimes I use BMF to mask some things..... I would use the foil to make the "edge" then use masking tape for the rest. That way you're not using up all your foil........

I had a Grandad like that..... He liked 'Old Crow'. Whenever he would make his run to the ABC store, she would always say "There he goes, going to Anna Belle Cook's...."

I know the car shows that he probably attends in Alabama....... My Dad has a '73 Charger with a 318 that needs paint. He shows it at some gatherings here and wins trophies! I imagine that the type of folks that will be impressed by that quality of car would think that these builds were top shelf. Things like foil and clear wouldn't matter.....

I would pull that big block out of the Polara and shoehorn it into the Barracuda......

I had a FB account for a whole 3 days......... I much prefer Instagram. Been there a couple years...... They say if you don't learn something new everyday from social media, then you're following the wrong stuff........

I remember that build! (and the inspiration behind it) Looks really good.... Seems like that would be the most logical thing to do, seeing as how the roof from the '58 is a separate part. Scale difference shouldn't matter much.....

Thanks, Steve........ I was thinking along the lines of just grafting a roof on to the '62 body. It wouldn't even have to be a Thunderbird roof..... I'll be building it 'mild custom', so a custom roof might would be cool. Anyone done that? if so, Please share....

Hello, guys..... I'm gonna be getting the '62 Thunderbird that they just released here soon. I was wondering..... What all would be required to turn this into a coupe? I like the roadster but a coupe would be something different than most others.... Thanks for any help!

Pioneer was top of the line in those days! Vinyl has been making a comeback lately, also.... Primus has released Brown Album on brown vinyl, and the Green Naugahyde album in green. Are you building a vintage stereo system component style, or you just have the reel player?
