That looks so good, I don't think I would do any sanding on that clear.... I use something called Formula One 'Scratch Out'. It has a very mild abrasive texture to it, and would shine that up really nice! Usually you can find it in an auto parts store....... Again, that looks Really good......

Hey, guys.... I just got this kit today. It's the '70.5 full bumper Camaro. This looks like a really good kit with a lot of parts! Plan is to make this into a lowrider...... I'll be trying to make this look more like a base Camaro, without the spoilers and such.... Just wanted to show my plan for this, feel free to comment if you'd like!

Motor trend super models

I remember the show you're talking about.... If I'm not mistaken it was on PBS. I remember one episode, they showed how to open and hinge a door on a molded in brown F150... (does that sound right?) As far as this show goes, maybe some folks will pick up the hobby inspired by it.... No publicity is bad publicity.... -
Thanks, guys! I think I've gotten more responses on this build than any of my others...... You all must know how lacking this kit is. The body shape is the only thing going for it, other than the engine....

So, Primus is touring right now........ They're doing it as a tribute to Neil Peart. They are calling the tour "A Tribute to Kings". The Rush album "Farewell to Kings" is played in it's entirety along with some Primus songs.... Any of you guys going to any of the shows or wish you could? They will be in North Carolina a few times during the tour. If I had someone to go with, I maybe would try to go to one.....

Hey, Grant man.... If that's what you're into, you'll really enjoy looking at this build by our own Impalow... He's gotten as close to a Dore build as I've ever seen! -

For most small parts, I remove it from the sprue by all but one attachment point, then cut the chunk of the tree that it's still attached to... You can then hold it however you like, I usually use a clothes pin. Once painted, just clip the one gate holding it to the tree scrap, then touch up if needed.....

I have a project brewing in my brains that requires me to make a sliding rag top. Has anyone done this? I'm looking for tips, such as material used for the top, how to make the channels around the opening, just basics that this would involve..... Thanks for any help with this......

Excellent build of this very good kit..... Under hood details look spot-on.

I've seen people do some crazy stuff to those poor Isettas..... There's a guy on IG putting a bike motor in one now. Here's an engine with a cool supercharger set up.... -
I've kinda got a thing for some of the Beemers.... Here's a couple to get things started. First we're stanced with an already potent car.... Then we go into full blown race mode.... I'm sure you guys can find some to add...

Could this be one of the reasons that selling isn't allowed here?

Thanks for all the cool replies.... If I had a real T-Bird, it would look a lot like this...

I bet they like cuttin' brodies in the mud, too........

Thanks a whole bunch, Fellas! I was just looking at your excellent build, and an idea came to me.... You could just cut the windshield frame at the corners where the lower part with the wipers meets the rounded upper part. Then you maybe could move the rounded upper part back and down, rejoining it with the lower part? Just a thought....

Cool! I'm glad you guys all like it.....

Here it is Guys, my mild custom '57 Thunderbird from the AMT kit. We really need a modern tool of this subject. The frame for the front glass wasn't anywhere near fitting to the glass, so I just left the windshield "speedster" style. Thanks to those that followed the short WIP I did on this, and feel free to comment!
