  1. I got this from zaina on the forum here......... He has facebook, too (Andy Lesiak). You could combine the AMT ramp truck with one. I 'think' he makes a W100 also...... I used to have a 1:1 D100, and the proportions are spot-on! I hope this helps, Lee.....
  2. Weekend thrift store shopping was cool for me as a kid, as the town the Goodwill was in was a college town and they always had cool clothes.........
  3. Me and Emmett go for a 1/2 mile (or so) walk pretty much every morning that we both really look forward to.........
  4. Captain Crunch is really good when you have the munchies..........
  5. I've heard that in an emergency, you can pour hydrogen peroxide down your dog's throat to make them vomit......... I haven't had to try it yet, though, thankfully!
  6. Carl is a good guy................. The '60s were some of the best looking cars for Cadillac.
  7. Oh, yea, you'll definitely get much better results from the Tamiya spray! Krylon is kinda hard to work with, which is why most folks use it for things like interiors and chassis bits.....
  8. We used to have a Krispy Kreme in the local Food Lion......... You could go in at 5am and get a dozen fresh glazed donuts for cheap. They had filled ones, too! The lemon creme ones were one of my favorites........
  9. Did you use any kind of primer? How are you painting, airbrush?
  10. The Claypool Lennon Delirium............... They're a little 'out there', but that's kinda the point.
  11. I believe there is one very similar, though not exactly like, your pic in one issue of the Monogram '70 Road Runner......... The one in the Road Runner says "Plymouth Makes It" and has the little devil heart....... Someone could possibly make you some from the pic you posted.
  12. A classic meeting a classic............... Classic........
  13. You did a great job on this, especially the paint work! I am a big fan of these cars......... Is this a Tamiya kit?
  14. I remember your build thread for this one....... a whole bunch of cool mods went into this! If I had the skills, my builds would lean more in this direction.........
  15. Those are two very nice cars! My Dad had a '72 340/auto Road Runner when I was in my teens...... It was red with a white top and interior, with the hood stripes in white. Got to drive it to my highschool graduation! He also had a '73 one, yellow with black stripes. It had a built 340 and 4-speed, would really move!
  16. You're gonna LOVE having a flat screen tv, if that's what you end up with! I went from a CRT television to this flat one, it made my driving game look so much better........
  17. Feet never get cold around Emmett either, as that's where he usually is while I'm eating...........
  18. That looks like a nice place...............
  19. Our maintenance guy has been driving a BMW to work lately...... It's a 325i from the mid-nineties....... It has a Bunch of miles on it, but it's a 5-speed with leather interior! 4-door slick top e36.........
  20. Corner booth is where I'm sittin', feeling kinda long in the tooth....... (From the mad mad ( brilliant? ) mind of Les Claypool...)
  21. Well, those really 'open up' a lot of possibilities...................
  22. Years of life challenges can either shape you into one resilient SOB, or just make you bitter..........
  23. On Napster, you can explore artists similar to your likes......... These guys were listed as similar to the Allman Bros..... I believe their bass player is in this band, too.
  24. I like the color, Michelle..... it looks like Sassy Grass green! Say, have you seen that Rustoleum has clears in different sheens? I believe they make a satin clear...... That might would help liven up your interior some, instead of just flat paint or primer! Just a thought..........
  25. Well, guys, I've had Emmett for a year today! I bought us a New York strip to split this evening........ I know everyone says they have a good dog ( and they are all good! ), but he's 'good' on another level! I think it may be the Pyrenees in him, they have different instincts than most other dogs. I just wish we could meet more people than we have so far, as I worry I may be the only person he ever knows.........
