  1. Forum members and their projects do well at keeping one inspired.
  2. Are the regulations more aimed at performance numbers than looks?
  3. Show me the models!
  4. Thanks, Fellas! Ideas flow the best when I'm working on a kustom..... it's my "niche".
  5. More interior work!
  6. Turnips are what Mung said failure tasted like on an episode of Chowder.
  7. Anything could be the cause of that, like maybe not seeing the last post.
  8. Thanks, Carl man! This second pic of them shows the color a little better........
  9. I just brush painted the inside of the seats. I didn't want to risk ruining the paint on the outsides....... Also, I put some chrome strips on the fronts. I'll be putting 5 or 7 strips of foil down the roof (like was popular in the late '50s......... ) and I wanted to tie it in somehow with the interior.
  10. Arithmetic won't make you "woke".........
  11. Action speaks louder than words, and I'm a man of great experience.
  12. I hope this may help some, Snake man...... I recently got a newer computer and needed to get my pics and such off of the old one. I just got a flash drive from WallyMart and put the pics on it. When you plug it in, it will open a location that you can move the files to, the drive. Just select what to move, and move it to the drives location. (not up on all the tech terms, sorry.....) Now if I want to post a pic that was on my old computer, I just plug in the flash drive and select what to post directly from it. Haven't quite figured out how to download ALL the pics to the new computer, but I'm not sure that I want to....... That's that much space on the new computer that could be saved.......
  13. '60s custom car pioneers like Watson left a huge impact on the custom car scene.
  14. I've been working on these seats lately........ From the mold, they have a really rough texture on the backs. I wanted them smooth and shiny, like they were made of finished fiberglass or something. All I did was to prime and sand (mostly prime heavily...) until they were smooth. The color doesn't show that great, it's Dark Garnet from DupliColor. As soon as the clear dries I can mask the backs and paint the fronts white..... That's what I have for now, except that I've been cleaning up the body parts of flash and such. Not a lot of cleanup on the body, as old as this kit is.....
  15. Irony was the dominating factor in the way the '90s teens like myself thought, and still think.
  16. Squirrel attention spans are very short, and they can't remember where they hid their acorns that they bury......
  17. Yep, probably was....... Thanks for your help, though.......
  18. And we're back........ Whew! It let me in just now. Not sure what the deal was.
  19. Thanks for the attempts to help, guys. Neither of those suggestions are working, though. I'm not sure what the problem is........
  20. I haven't been able to log into my Instagram for a few days. I'm not "locked out", but there is some kind of error occurring that isn't letting me in..... I enter my user name and password and get this...... "There was a problem logging into your account. Please try again soon". Could someone please contact them for me? I believe you need to be signed in to send them a message. My user name there is "jollysipper", just like here but without the caps. Kind of embarrassing asking here, but "you're my only hope!"
  21. I spotted a fox-chassis Cougar and an MN12 Thunderbird............
  22. Thank you, Carl! The rear is as low as it can go (the axle is up against the frame....), and the front is in the "stock" position......
  23. Here it is with the ride height that it's gonna have! Just how I wanted it, a slight speed boat stance.........
  24. Thanks for the replies and interest, fellas! I'm still working on the ride height. The rear is attached to the leafs, so I may have to cut it free to lower the rear some..........
  25. Cats sometimes can't fill the furry pet void, and maybe do the opposite since they're so aloof.
