Flex shouldn't be too big of a problem. Back in the first CanAm series they ran wider tires on cars that were (suprisingly only) around 100Kg's heavier. My guess is with over 40 years of info and Data to graw off of they ought to have a handle on flex. What will be interesting will be the additional 4" width per tire and how it'll look on the Cars. Heck at that point they'll be just over an inch shy of the width of a NHRA Funny Car/Top Fuel Rear tire!
Well done Ray, Walking is so Overrated Funny when my Wife n I moved to Arizona we got quite a shock when we found out our Licenses were good for 16 Years! Man I love this Place!!
Brian, Hobby Design has HD05-0007 which might fit your need. It's a Hexagon Pattern Photoetch Sheet. Strada ( http://www.stradasportsstore.com ) has it listed at their site.
That's quite a Good Paint Job, Rattle Can or Not! 2 questions, Any Bodyless Interion Shots, and Wondering about Camera Info Camera, ie type plus shooting info.
For me they'd be Ray Bradbury (may I suggest prior to installing your Giant Ultra High Def. 3D Room sized TV, you may want to read his short story "The Veldt") and because I enjoy a good laugh Richard Armour.
Gaute, Looks like you got yourself a nice Truck. Seeing as you're hauling it away I'm guessing you thought better of the "Grand Tour" idea. But did you get to travel through much of the US?
This ought to be an interesting one to follow! My first car was a '63 LeMans. But alas not with a 421, as mine had a 195.5 slant 4 but it did have <seriously!) a Glass Pack the prior owner had installed. Anyway I'll be watching these Super Dutys come to Life.
Paulo, first off Great Pictures! You've got a group of talented builders in your Club that put out plenty of excellent Cars and I DO like that Harley Shovelhead!!
Michael, the Friedman Book also has the results for every race. If you want to build the more unknown Cars of the TransAm look into the U-2 Class where you'll find the most surprises!! Heck there's plenty of folks out there that don't know that there even was a Under 2 Liter Class in the Old TransAm series.
