  1. A Little Freudian Slip there Tom!? You only provided enough Zero's for One Hunderd Dollars, which for me would be about right for a Delorean.
  2. One of those was the First Car I ever wanted to Kill the Driver of - While He was Driving. Something about a Handbreak 90 degree turn at what seemed like 100mph on a T Intersection. Given your location Harry the Owner ought to change the Union Jack to Script that Reads "Want To See God, Hop In". That Car is Drop Dead Bee-U-T-FULL!
  3. Not sure how this went from Endurance to Pikes Peak, and E&WRC all in one Post. Heck Even the First Pikes Peak race winner didn't take 25 minutes to finish. I'm as easily distracted as anyone, but staying with something for 25 minutes isn't quite what I'd call an Endurance anything. Oh Wait, Hang On........... Never Mind
  4. I just thought you were trying to have them all point in the same direction!
  5. I've seen the Pickups with Train Track Wheels, but I can't recall ever seeing a Kenworth with 'em!
  6. Wow Charlie, That Paint looks like the Kit was Molded in that Color!
  7. Really well done.
  8. You could have started and fininshed with the engine closeup! So like Brian said, "WOW"!
  9. Really nice Builds. Wonderin' though, the Kawi n the Red Duck seem to be "Turned Around........".
  10. Great way to display a wonderful build Charles. It highlights the details without distracting. Great Pictures also!
  11. I do like that version over CSN's. Kantner was a cowriter of the song.
  12. Wonderful, A Hemi reply to Pontiac's 1/2 of a 389! Nice Build Steve.
  13. Not many Builds bring a Giant Grin to ones face, well this one does! Well done Ray.
  14. Having watched part of a Formula E race (it was all I could handle.....) there's no way ANY NASCAR fan is gonna sit through say 6 hours of an E Race. I kept expecting to see a bunch of Giant Kids with RC controllers standing around the track. Sure it is racing, but not the kind I'd watch.
  15. Hi There Mark and Welcome to the Forum. As Danno has mentioned you've got Loads of Modeling Company just North of you. Given your 1:1's I'm gonna guess you're going to be building a Tuner or 2.....
  16. WOW Harry, Were you Camped on that Post!? Heck it wasn't 30 Seconds before you replied was it?
  17. Now you've picked one of my All Time Favorite Lady Singers! Freeman in Paris - Joni Mitchell
  18. I record what is covered on TV (looks to be ~12 hours of the Race + some talk) and watch Saturdays coverage in a block starting ~8 or 9PM, then finish off Sunday after I get up.
  19. Bill, I'll be lookng forward to your build (with WIP!!!??) of that Car. Too bad the GS Corvette (and by extension Accurite Miniatures) didn't come with Down Draft Webers. It would have been the perfect donar Engine.
  20. Harry I had to look this up and after listening to the u tube video, I Still didn't recall it!. The Group Yes, but that song, Zip.
  21. Gerry, given the last shot of the complete Bike I'd say you did a Good Job on a Bike I Hated! Well Done.
  22. Hang in there Jim. Wife and I quit ~11 years ago and haven't regretted it a single day.
  23. Posted twice..............!? So I deleated the second - Mod feel free ta zap this'un.
  24. I used to whistle that tune when my Dept Manager at Ford Aerospace at the time the tune came out would walk by. She (5" - 0", maybe) finally couldn't take it any longer and Loadly told me (5"- 16") She could replace me in a Minute! My retort was No you Can't! You can get someone to do what I do, but You Can't Replace Me. I never heard another word outta her about it. We got along pretty well once I left her Dept.
