  1. WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?????????? And just why would you send this to me? Ed
  2. Hi There Monty For the Edelbrock stuff head over to Model Car Garage and do a search for "Big Block Chevy" and I think you'll find what you're lookin' for. I'm guessing the induction you're looking for is simular to the one found on the Corvette Grand Sport kits and not the McLaren M8's, right? If so check out the Revell '67 Corvette Stingray Sport Coupe Ed
  3. A quick Google for Fred's Model World netted this: http://www.fredsmodelworldonline.com/ He moved a while back. Ed
  4. Monty, I shop at Freds Model World. Frustrating at times (hummm, a LOT of the time really) but if you're getting a kit for less than Fred sell's it for it's probably Stolen! This is the year I'm gonna get some Kits built so hopefully you'll get your wish. Ed
  5. I don't know that the Avanti's would be classified as rare but I'm with you on the Cool part. The Reggie release brings my AMT Avanti release versions to 5 different ones. Ed
  6. I was hoping to snag a Testors Ferrari 250 GTO also, but it was gone.................... Ed
  7. Thanks Ron. I intend too Ed
  8. A really nice assortment this Month Ed
  9. Mike VERY nice job on that 2E. That is my All Time Favorite Car. Ed
  10. Lookin' Good Brian. From the paint job I'd guess you're building the Team Meacom Foyt driven Daytona Car #35. One of these days I'm gonna find a set of those Decal sheets. Ed
  11. Although I'll agree that Google is a wonderful source I prefer Books and Magazines. My primary interest is with 50's - mid 70's Road Racing Cars and without the History they're (to me) just nowhere as interesting. Ed
  12. Here's some of the Oldies that I've got. Ed
  13. Looks to me like a trip to your local Big Box Home Store and asking for an ABS Bathtub would net you 4 of the single corner units for a heck of a lot less. Heck for those of you in Clubs cut it in half and have a Club Studio! For lighting an Overcast Day or Evening work very well. Ed
  14. Andy, Great Job on the 917/81!! AMT released both versions of the 917/10 with #2022 for the Martini Car and 2050 for the L&M Penskey/Donohue/Follmer Car which had both decal sheets included in the one I have. You'll get no argument as to the Kit condition, but it is better than a few of other UMi's I have. At too Formula Canada I REALLY wish he'd return to making kits as he had several others I'd like to get. The Porsche I'd like to find would be a 908/2 to recreate the Dean CanAm Car. Ed
  15. UMi did a resin 910/10 in 1/24. Guess it's time to start chasing huh Ed
  16. Yep, I understand. BTW - it's time to modify your sig. ' cause there's one less on your todo list! Ed
  17. Curt Another in a long line of great builds. Do you have any "Preressurection" shots? Ed
  18. Hi There Jameston. The AMT '60 Corvette has the period correct tandem mount manifold you're lookin' for. Ed
  19. Marty, if you want something with MOPAR power in it, here ya go: http://blogs.motortrend.com/6213230/miscellaneous/jay-lenos-tank-car-gets-turboed-for-1600-horsepower/index.html Ed
  20. WOW Dave. To say that's an ambishious project is way more than am understatement. I'll be looking forward to your updates. Ed
  21. They're in this Kit: Ed
  22. Curt, That came out great. I'm glad you did this as I never knew the MPC M8* kits had that much detail. I went and got a M8D to do the Gurney Car because of this build. Again a Great job. Ed
  23. Although it'd likely be a very limited market I'd like to see trans kits for the IMC/Union Chaparral 2E to the 2G and for the (?Heller?) Union Ferrari 330 P4 to the ferrari 350. Ed
  24. Nice assortment of Kits and a "Grab Bag" full of Plastic bags that have left over parts and decals from almost 3 dozen Kits! It's going to take a while to sort through'em and figure out just what all I have there. Ed
  25. Looks like it's going to be a Fun Build. So your Friend wouldn't build a Grimlin huh, I guess he's hard core MoPar and would rather build a manly Pacer Ed
