Duplicolor can be great, but can also be on the hot side for some of the softer kit plastics, sometimes crazing them. Duplicolor sprays nice, but can be prone to "blushing" in humid conditions, as I said above, but the blush will polish off. This is one of Duplicolors "mica" colors, a finer flake than their "metallics".

I used to know 'em all, as I followed the industry closely, thinking I'd start my own kit-car company someday. I know I've seen it before, the covered headlights definitely, and the car itself is much better proportioned than the majority of the "original designs" that weren't direct copies of something else. Again IMHO, Bondo 801 "professional" catalyzed glazing putty works just dandy, and comes in modeler-friendly 3 ounce packaging for about $15, including a tube of color-change catalyst. It's now my usual go-to for heavy sculptural fills on models...though not in the big ol' package shown here.
