Has anyone seen wheels like these in a kit or from an aftermarket place? The spokes aren't pointed at the end like normal but look like four pairs of two that flare toward where they connect to the barrel of the wheel.

This was a interesting video about the bridge collapse, it shows one of the post tensioning rods half shot out of its bore like it snapped while they were tightening it. Warning for adult manly language.

Casey posted something about it so I imagine it's true.

The street tires, Fireball has the decals and I have tires that look pretty close so I think I've got what I need. -

I'm trying to find tires called Formula 1's and Google is no help because it thinks I want F1 tyres. Who made these tires and are there any in 1/25 scale? -

Even if the actual kits aren't redone 3d printing will make it possible to have kits of these vehicles again period.

Our water heater burst yesterday, it looks like it threw itself on a grenade to save it's buddies. It's going to be Friday before I can buy another one and Monday before it can be installed so it's going to get a bit funky around here for a few days.

The gap around the hood should be around enough to slide a playing card or two on each side of it. When your working through the primer coats take a few seconds to knock down the build up around the edge of the hood to help eliminate this issue.

A recent favorite of mine are from the last reissue of the Monogram 32 Ford with the blue car on the box. I dont know how accurate they are but they've got a nice look to them and the they're big and little which is really important to me. I've got two sets and would love several more, they pretty much inspired this whole build.

I want to get that white Caddy I showed you done, it's about 75% there and the 69 F-100 and the Mustang for the Cannonball Run. I'm not sure about the next big rig project, I want to build a Revell K100 but I also want to finish the Titan 90 l started a few years ago. -

Thank you, after spending so much time stripping it I kind of lost my mojo on it so it was a bit of a struggle to finish it. I started three other projects while this was soaking so my attention got spread out a bit. -

This was a fun build inspired by the L9000 driven the the "King of Obsolete" on Ice Road Truckers a few seasons back. It had kind of had a Mad Max or zombie apocalypse feel but a bit more grounded, kind of a what kind of truck would you want at the edge of civilization build. I started with two Coke delivery trucks that have been languishing in a box for about twenty years. I bought a resin L hood off eBay and added the sleeper from the GMC General. The rear suspension is from a California Hauler kit and the wheels and engine are from the 4070A. The fifth wheel, mud guards, and mirrors are from the Revell snap 359, the round tanks are from the R685, and the squares are from the Titan 90.

You can get a pack of various sizes of googly eyes at craft stores and cut lenses out of the curved clear plastic.
