  1. Very nice, Especially the 1st one. Best of all back then the cars were actually painted and not a vinyl wrap
  2. It looks SOOOOOOOOOOOOO nice in black,,,but then I like a black car , especially when it doesnt have a black interior. And btw,,, I woiuld like more info on where you got the decals for battery and the washer fluid bag . Those are a nice touch
  3. I am so going to remember that littel trick . Looks outstanding,,,well done. Now send to me as I dont have a 62 Sunliner ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Yet
  4. A friend of mine is restoring a Morgan, No idea what year it is though . Very simple, but very cool little cars.
  5. Not really 'on the road' so to speak. More like from my driveway to the trailer. 1970 Dodge Dart 340 4spd car. ( now with a 416 stroker . Its looks all stock but trust me,,once on the loud pedal its a far cry from factory stock ) Its a car I did some work on for a client, and we took it back to him Wednesday afternoon.
  6. My hats off to the entire team involved. I will be buying SEVERAL . I have an original issue 61 Bonneville and this will look right at home next to it . ( I want to pick up a 65 Satellite but the wife says I am not allowed to buy anything till after Christmas ) NOW,,,,,, What I really want is the 65 Comet . so chop chop this is my 2 cents worth . BUT IMO, it might be a good idea to send one or several to someone (maybe even several people ) familiar with the subject at hand. Even then the chances of missing something is possibile, its called human error . And kudos to all involved to acting on making revisions even though they be minor
  7. Looking good so far. Like mentioned, its not a high end kit or is it accurate for anything back iin the day . But they do make decent looking display builds for the shelf.
  8. so far so good
  9. About the only thing I dont like is the exposed headlights. I much prefer the clean look of the hidden headlights in a charger. Other wise WOW, thats one baddass machine Nice look that still keeps to the original lines of a 1970 Charger. Love the interior design
  10. Excellant , I'm not a GM guy so that clears up any issues I may have later on. ( on this guys car, the grilles were broken and mostly missing. But I want to do a replica as it would look all done . He just sold the car last month after over 20 years of ownership and he really hated to see it go . )
  11. Thats exactly what I wanted to see. the non 442 hood and plain cutlass grille. Need to do a replica of a friends old car . Just a plain old 350 2barrel cutlass convertible.
  12. same here. My builds are for my case alone and i cant see the chassis in the case
  13. WOW. Those tires and wheels are amazing. Are the tires kit pieces or aftermkt ? best of all its a sunliner,,,right up my ally .
  14. Yesterday the mail man dropped off my latest . And original issue SMP 1959 Corvette builtup. I ts had the goofy custom stuff glued to it but not real heavily and should clean up without to much effort. Best part it was pretty reasonable all things considered. Bonus was its in its original box .
  15. I was watching them both just for giggles. Had it stayed reasonable I was interested in the Johan. But it quickly got out of hand for me Odd part is , in the past 6 months another 1911 Chev kit sold for less than $250 I think. Its all about timing
  16. Looks good, Good colors and a nice stance I've built several of these,,,its One of my favorite kits to build
  17. For me personally, Needing an A pillar repaired and no idea if everything to build it is included. I would avoid it unless I needed it for parts or was dirt cheap . ( less than $20 delivered)
  18. A flat hood ,,,maybe it can be bought seperately http://www.timemachineresin.bravehost.com/moparkits.html
  19. even better would be if it came with the NON 442 hood ( at least for me anyway )
  20. Decent builders will bring anywhere from $30 to $80, all depends on condition , either way they are not terribly hard to find,,,just be patient.. When i sold the one I had maybe a year or so ago, It only brought maybe $50 . It had been built/painted but taken back apart and stripped . But was complete to build replica stock 71-72 are very similar.......... but 73-74 the body lines are no where close to earlier versions
  21. I keep wanting to pull the trigger on one on Ebay, But knowing it is / might be / supposed to be coming back out holds me back. This one is at the very top of my want to do list.,( I was born in 1959 )
  22. I know this was mentioned in a few other threads . But other than it was announced they were coming back out under Moebius box art. Anyone heard any updates as to when ?
