Greg Myers Posted June 17, 2015 Posted June 17, 2015 (edited) Option "A" Option "B" Option "C" Edited June 17, 2015 by Greg Myers
Jantrix Posted June 17, 2015 Posted June 17, 2015 There are things I like about all three and things I don't. So lets see here. Lets take the A car as our starting point and chop it like B. Then take the wheels'tires from B. Then grab the engine and radiator grill from C. Mash those together and I think we'd have a solid hot rod.
Jantrix Posted June 17, 2015 Posted June 17, 2015 A with B's top chop.?.!?. A with it's top chopped like B. Better?

This, then at least get rid of the name on the doors and preferably paint it one color without an faux patina.
Ace-Garageguy Posted June 17, 2015 Posted June 17, 2015 D.None of the above I like this one. Built by the shop I work with. https://youtu.be/qSnPO1Q-MoM
Joe Handley Posted June 17, 2015 Posted June 17, 2015 That would be cool, but moreso with the Olds engine!
Greg Myers Posted June 17, 2015 Author Posted June 17, 2015 (edited) Don't drive it in the rain? Stunning, none the less. Edited June 17, 2015 by Greg Myers
Ace-Garageguy Posted June 17, 2015 Posted June 17, 2015 (edited) Don't drive it in the rain? Stunning, none the less. It wasn't finished in that shot. It now has a snap-down tonneau-style removable top insert. The video under the photo I posted does a walkaround of the finished car. Edited June 17, 2015 by Ace-Garageguy
Draggon Posted June 17, 2015 Posted June 17, 2015 That's a beautiful car Bill. Sure makes those other 3 look like poop.
Toner283 Posted June 17, 2015 Posted June 17, 2015 Ummm... I like the one Ace posted the best... Yup. me too. Building a hot rod takes time, skill and taste. To build a rat rod you don't need any of those three attributes.
