James2 Posted March 23, 2016 Posted March 23, 2016 My Revell Model A, box stock build. Dechromed and loaded with Sublime Green, Military Green and AFF Middlestone Tan. I did take liberty to message a few parts but it is BS and the instructions were followed exactly right down to the missing fuel block.
Snake45 Posted March 23, 2016 Posted March 23, 2016 Very very nice, and thanks for posting such great closeups. You're helping answer some questions I have about this kit, which I'm working on right now (off and on if the truth were known). Well done!
TooOld Posted March 23, 2016 Posted March 23, 2016 That's very cool , and those colors work very well together !
mrm Posted March 23, 2016 Posted March 23, 2016 That's very cool. It is one of those color combinations that "should not" work in theory, but when you see them they actually pull together.
James2 Posted March 23, 2016 Author Posted March 23, 2016 Nice ! Are the white walls decals ?Yes they are, I dirtied them up a little with a Tamyia Weathering Kit and then coated them with flat clear. And thanks for the comments everyone. It really is a great kit to build, stock or custom.
Harry P. Posted March 23, 2016 Posted March 23, 2016 To be honest, that's a bit more green than I prefer... But aside from the personal preference, that's a very sharp, crisp, clean model. Well done!

James2 Posted March 23, 2016 Author Posted March 23, 2016 Part of the BOX STOCK plan was to use a color combo that is uncommon! Thanks Guys
Mercelo Posted March 24, 2016 Posted March 24, 2016 Very cool, clean tight build...and also my favorite color. Nicely done!
