This started as a $5 swap meet bomb, I was very reluctant to do the chop for all the reason we have heard. To hard, not necessary, You'll screw it up....

But for five bucks and some styrene nights I think it turned out pretty good.

It is by no means perfect or close for that matter, but...

I think I have learned enough to attempt another chop on a Revell kit this time...

I took about a 3" chop on the roof, the skirts or from my stash of vintage wheel skirts the wheels are from my parts box. The blue is a mix of Tamiya Mica Blue and clear over silver and the white is TS Racing White. It is a slammer for the sake of finishing it up and moving on to the next project. I added my own chrome trim and drip edge also.

Simply beautiful. The chop is spot on, the paint is gorgeous and I love the white running boards. Nice work. Working on finishing mine up.

Tasty. A well done custom.

From where i'm sitting I only see the need of a little wash on the grille and nothing more wrong with it. I would be proud of this baby.

I agree.... a wash on the grille will do! Great custom Job, love custom ford builds!

Most excellent, man that thing is low....Sweet.  Beautiful work on the chop modifications and the paint job. I love the overall clean look of it.
