GeeBee Posted January 8, 2017 Posted January 8, 2017 I had this sitting in the stash for more years than I can remember, so late last year it came out and I started to build it, after doing a little work on it, I noticed that the clear parts were missing, luckily a member on here came to the rescue, and sent me the windsheild and quarter vent windows (Thanks Leslie), the body was painted in automotive 1K acrylic lacquer and wet sanded and polished once it had dried out, luckily I found a set of headlamp lenses in the spares box that fitted, chrome trim was done using chrome bmf

Phildaupho Posted January 8, 2017 Posted January 8, 2017 Very well done. Could be mistaken for a Danbury Mint model which is intended as a compliment.

peekay Posted January 8, 2017 Posted January 8, 2017 Beautifully done Geoff and looks VERY realistic in that light - like it's sitting in a showroom.

JerseyRed Posted January 9, 2017 Posted January 9, 2017 (edited) It really is a beautiful car and build, but you essentially put up three of the same pics. Wouldn't mind seeing the front, rear, engine and interior. Edited January 9, 2017 by JerseyRed
Erik Smith Posted January 9, 2017 Posted January 9, 2017 Beautifully done, Geoff. Great looking model.
