Here's a build of AMT's '32 Coupe, one the earliest of the Trophy Series hot rod kits. It was first released in 1960. I wish I had gone a little wilder with this one but I guess it came out pretty nice for a basic street rod from back in the day.

Beautiful job Manuel! Looks perfect for an early show rod, somewhat beyond basic with the great paint job, the padded roof insert, tucks and rolls in the wheel well.... so much to enjoy!

Congrats on a great rod! Misha

Oh man, that’s beautiful. I love how you carried the interior color to the exterior, or is that how you carried the exterior to the interior?  Nice work.

That looks excellent! I think you got the overall look just right for a late '50s/early '60s Hot Rod. The color fits very well to this body, but my favorite part is definitely the upholstered Tuck 'n' Roll wheel wells and roof! Very nice work overall.

Really beautiful paintwork!  Love the tuck & roll inserts too!  I wonder what it'd look like with whitewalls and some nice flashy wheelcovers like Fiestas or Lancers?

Agreed. Or chrome reversed wheels.

Beautiful version of AMT's '32 Coupe , I like everything you've done !  I have one on my bench now as a Box Art build but you've got me thinking differently . :D

Great looking 32. It makes mine that I'm building in a similar theme as if a 10 year old is working on it.

Did you do a build thread ? Would like to see or know how you did the roll and pleat inserts

Beautiful model.

Very nice. You definitely captured the early '50's vibe. The top treatment is very original. The only thing I could think of would be a "black wash" on the grill to show it off better. I'd leave the paint wheels.
