landman Posted August 22, 2018 Posted August 22, 2018 (edited) With and without load. Learned one thing. The 38" background I am preparing for "outside the shop" shots won't catch it for a full length truck & trailer combo. Edited October 29, 2020 by landman

landman Posted August 26, 2018 Author Posted August 26, 2018 Thank you gentlemen, it was a fun project.
PettyKW43 Posted August 26, 2018 Posted August 26, 2018 Really love the Dodge tractor, looks period correct for so many car carriers from the early 70’s! Now a load of 71 Mopars!
kilrathy10 Posted August 26, 2018 Posted August 26, 2018 That is one awesome piece of work....I love the base that it was photographed on....Curious as to whether or not that was done on purpose or like many of my bases in that I just happened to spill paint here and there, LOL !!! Not to take away from the fantastic work you did on the model....That looks even more awesome...Love the Dodge....It looks so good with a load....Amazing how big those old cars were...Excellent work....
Bucky Posted August 26, 2018 Posted August 26, 2018 Very nice setup ya got here! Looks good loaded, or unloaded!!
Jim Whalen Posted August 26, 2018 Posted August 26, 2018 A brilliant piece of work! As JT says, the cars on the load have character, really go with the rig, and definitely add to the overall impression.
David G. Posted August 26, 2018 Posted August 26, 2018 Looks great loaded or empty, excellent work on the tractor too! David G.

Thank you gentlemen. J.T., the base is a 24 x 42 piece of plywood that I use with sawhorses to support things I am working on or painting. It likely has half a pound of overspray on it. I used it in most of my outdoor shots.
Jim B Posted August 26, 2018 Posted August 26, 2018 (edited) Nicely done. Now you need to fill it with 1970s Dodges. Edited August 26, 2018 by Jim B
landman Posted August 27, 2018 Author Posted August 27, 2018 I may have enough Mopars to fill it, but not all Dodges. I'll check.
