Art Anderson Posted October 10, 2018 Posted October 10, 2018 I had the privilege of unveiling pretty much final round test shots of this upcoming Moebius kit, this past Sunday at the Classic Plastic Model Car Show in Massachusetts. It was well-received:

Bucky Posted October 10, 2018 Posted October 10, 2018 Looks really good to me!! I won't hesitate to purchase one (or two).
mikemopar70 Posted October 10, 2018 Posted October 10, 2018 I saw this beauty at the Classic plastic show last week end and it's really beautiful! thank's for brigning it Art!
stavanzer Posted October 10, 2018 Posted October 10, 2018 This and the 4x4 will be combined by me next year.

Give it time, I'm sure it will be shredded here too. It takes a while to find something that's 0.07 100 thousands of a millimeter off.
leafsprings Posted October 11, 2018 Posted October 11, 2018 (edited) I see the '65 has '66 hubcaps and wheels? Check out the 61-66 1:1 reference section.. The grill and the '66 hubcaps look excellent, very nicely done. Edited October 14, 2018 by leafsprings

I understand it when major issues occur, case in point the first issue of Revell's 69 Charger, but small things? There is no such thing as a perfect model. Let's say the fan belts were actually done to scale, they would be so fragile you could not remove the part from the tree, then there would be a outrage about that. I find it much easier and a much happier time when I try to find the good in a new kit.
Spruslayer Posted October 11, 2018 Posted October 11, 2018 I likie,Count me in for at least one,and 4x4 bashing it is on my radar now!
1930fordpickup Posted October 11, 2018 Posted October 11, 2018 a few will endup in my stash for sure.
Jim B Posted October 11, 2018 Posted October 11, 2018 I've only built a couple of pickups, but I like this one. Kind of "classic".
thatz4u Posted October 11, 2018 Posted October 11, 2018 (edited) looks like a stepside bed to me, not a flareside Edited October 11, 2018 by thatz4u

I'm not positive about that, but I am positive that one of the experts will set us straight. It's not going to keep me from buying one though, I think it looks great.
thatz4u Posted October 11, 2018 Posted October 11, 2018 either way, I hope the "styleside" is first!!!

Where is it being ripped to shreds? I'd like to see what is said and if it is justified or not. I think it looks pretty good but I'm not very familiar with the subject.
Casey Posted October 12, 2018 Posted October 12, 2018 And later...: Sven's World of Wheels Page Liked · Yesterday · Here's a little something coming down the pike for 1/25th scale model builders. I believe this will be the first utility truck bed ever available in a plastic kit. Disregard the wheels in the pic though... the kit will have the stock wheels.
Jim B Posted October 12, 2018 Posted October 12, 2018 I like the utility box. This was the first thing I though if when I saw the truck kit. Not sure why, though.

Badluck 13 Posted October 12, 2018 Posted October 12, 2018 Mine is a '66 Styleside and if this is being ripped to shreds elsewhere is a bit much,it looks purdy dang close too me...
