1966 Shelby Mustang. Outdoor pics added

I originally planned to build the 350Hertz car but i ruined the decals on the first paint job. So i gave a new paint job, electron blue by Duplicolor. And threw on a GT 500 decal from the 68 kit.

Wasnt to impressed with the interior door panel and firewall detail. But overall a decent kit and fit was very good.

Very clean build! What you've created is a homebuilt Shelby "wannabe" or clone, thousands of which prowled the streets of America back in the day. It's a real late '60s-early '70s period piece, and I love these things! Well done and model on! B)

Five stars on paint and detail and everything.   I have one question on the plug wires - do they route under the headers?

Yes they do. It would have been a huge ordeal to get them to run in between the headers so I opted out on the easier path.

You did a nice job. I love that kit it looks more like the real cat than the AMT. I have about 6-8 that I plan to build 65 A/FX cars with. I scaled it off a real car and it is right on the money.

Beautiful paint job and excellent detailing through out. I like the period Cragers.

Thx. The stance was raised all around for an old school look so the cragers were a must.
