Kemszi Posted February 10, 2019 Posted February 10, 2019 This is my next model. It's a quite simple kit, there is no engine, the suspension also very simple. I think, It can be fast to build... I started with the body
Gramps46 Posted February 10, 2019 Posted February 10, 2019 I am looking forward to this build. Please keep us posted with pictures.
afx Posted February 10, 2019 Posted February 10, 2019 I like the 550. Wish we could get a plastic kit of the race car.
89AKurt Posted February 10, 2019 Posted February 10, 2019 No engine, what fun is that? Looks like you're off to a good start. The Fujumi curbsides are nice kits.
FabbricaP Posted February 10, 2019 Posted February 10, 2019 Great looking car, looks like you’re off to a nice start
djflyer Posted February 10, 2019 Posted February 10, 2019 One of my favorite cars - traditional front engine Ferrari GT. So disappointing there's no engine as that's a focal point of Ferraris. Oh well - I guess you could always do this:
Geno Posted February 11, 2019 Posted February 11, 2019 My most favorite Ferrari ever, this is gonna be sweet. keep 'er goin' Gabor.

To my knowledge, and aside from re-releasing Enthusiast Model kits once in a while, they hardly do any fully detailed kits anymore. But then again, 82 parts on this kit is more than I'd expect, so it's a more detailed kind of curbside kit.
89AKurt Posted February 11, 2019 Posted February 11, 2019 Perhaps someone will come out with an engine detail kit. I have four for other kits already.
DiscoRover007 Posted February 11, 2019 Posted February 11, 2019 Good kit. Love this car. Unfortunately the interior is pretty inaccurate.
ATHU Posted February 11, 2019 Posted February 11, 2019 Great choice Gabor!!, looking forward to follow your build! Some time ago I purchased a small stash of Fujimi Ferraris and am currently working on the F430 and the 288 GTO. Nice kits!
Kemszi Posted February 11, 2019 Author Posted February 11, 2019 thank you guys for the big attention The bottom of the car is almost ready as I wrote it is very simple kit, almost everything molded to the chassis, and there is no spring/shock absorber...so it's not a big challange to build it... let's see the interior: The plan:the upper part is black, and the bottom half is beige/brown but first i made a backplate for the seats
Funkychiken Posted February 13, 2019 Posted February 13, 2019 I SEE WHAT YOU MEAN BY SIMPLE, BUT ITS LOOKING GREAT!
ismaelg Posted February 14, 2019 Posted February 14, 2019 Looking great! One the most beautiful Ferraris ever made and one of my favorites. Years ago, when there were no kits of this car, I started modifyng a diecast body. When I was almost done with the body, Fujimi released this kit. It is still buried in a box somewhere. Maybe I'll finish it some day. Thanks,

Revell did a full-detail 1/24 575 SA and it's a pretty good kit, mix & match w/the Fujimi 550... 10 hours ago, ismaelg said: Looking great! I did build my Fujimi 550, and used the Burago 550's seats, so it wasn't a complete waste...they were much better than the blocky Fujimi seats.
Kemszi Posted June 3, 2019 Author Posted June 3, 2019 I needed a lot of time to finish the car I forgot to paint the mirrors You can see the pictures here:
