Can-Con
Rebuilt glue bomb. Shaved trim and emblems as they were mostly sanded off by a previous builder. Modelhaus front bumper and tail lights. Headlights drilled out and replaces with a set of my resin ones. Scale finishes aqua with pearl nail polish mid-coat and Testors clear lacquer. Wheels and tires from AMT "resto rods" '66 Galaxie. Kit engine with heads, intake and carb from MPC '79 Trans Am. Air cleaner from JoHan '63 Caddy with air horn from an old injector tube. And a big Thank You to Steve Guthmiller for supplying a replacement tail light after I lost one after the first flood. dodgefever
Not really into the modern wheels, but that's a nice model. Pity the moulds were modified, leaving us with the ugly 1970 iteration. I'd much rather have a reissue of the '67.

I knew I wanted to use those wheels on the car even before I had a color picked. I really like them but they sure are hard to get.

Very nice work Steve! Steve
John Goschke
This car lends itself to the mild custom treatment! Looks beautiful! Love the paint – it really shows off the sculptured profile.
Cpt Tuttle
Lots of trouble, but looking at the model, one could say that it was worth it. Very nice build.
