+1 on your color choices! I was immediately struck with an idea while ogling the pics of the empty body; that could pretty easily be built into a mid-engine custom by reversing the engine and cockpit positions!

Yes it could....gonna do it??

Hey, everyone!, here is the body with the final coat of clear on. After a week, i will paint the inside matt black. Now its time detail the interior, and chassis!

That's a fabulous blue and white paint job! Didn't see that coming! I have one of these kits, and I've looked into it a few times, only to poke it back into the box. I have to say, I never had an idea that blue and white would look that good on it.

Thanks, bud!!....it was the similarities of my favorite Corvette -the 63 Grand Sport, that totally gave me the ideas for this build!

Thanks, Bud!, i'm getting better again...i decided that the body needed one more coat of clear, so i sanded it, and shot it up....now i'm 100% happy with it, and i will carry on now.

Dann........so now you tease us by saying you shot 1 more coat of clear and you're 100% happy finally.  And no pics for us to enjoy.  I thought the paint was great before.   Share a pic of the paint when you update again please.   It's gotta be gorgeous.  cheers, tim
