Snake45 Posted March 3, 2020 Posted March 3, 2020 Never liked anything about this car except maybe the wheels, but that said, your craftsmanship is outstanding and this is the best build of this kit I've ever seen. Nice matching display, too.
FordRodnKustom Posted March 3, 2020 Posted March 3, 2020 Simply beautiful. Easily the best build of this classic kit I've ever seen. Well done Sir!
Pete L. Posted March 3, 2020 Posted March 3, 2020 Great job on one of my all time favorite kits ...the chassis photo looks like a 1:1 scale custom !!!
mustang1989 Posted March 3, 2020 Posted March 3, 2020 Details and paint are just phenomenal!! Admirable build!!!

Geno Posted March 4, 2020 Posted March 4, 2020 Got one on the to do list. You knocked it out of the park Guy. Thanks for sharing it with us. You having given me inspiration.
Impalow Posted March 4, 2020 Posted March 4, 2020 This is fantastic Guy! That undercarriage shot shows how much work you did to replicate the 1:1.... Outstanding Model!
echo Posted March 10, 2020 Posted March 10, 2020 As some have said, this is the best build of the kit I have seen, the kit leaves a lot to be desired but you showed what can be done with a lot of fabrication & patience. Great job on the car.
Silver Foxx Posted March 10, 2020 Posted March 10, 2020 This is a super nice build , a lot of great detail work , well done .
oldnslow Posted March 11, 2020 Posted March 11, 2020 Again , this is the best build of this kit I've ever seen , outstanding workmanship .
Mr. Metallic Posted March 11, 2020 Posted March 11, 2020 It echo the similar comments, this is probably the nicest build of this kit I've ever seen. It's really cool when someone can take one of these kits that has a rough reputation and really make it shine. Kudos to you.
Guy Beaudette Posted March 11, 2020 Author Posted March 11, 2020 I just wanted to say "thank you" to all of you for all your compliments. Take care, Guy

Dann Tier Posted March 20, 2020 Posted March 20, 2020 Absolutely STUNNING!!!!!....this isnt an easy kit to build either!
Chitown Posted March 20, 2020 Posted March 20, 2020 Wow, that is beautiful! I always loved that car. Went to the Starbird Museum a couple years ago to see it's recreation and several other historic customs. It's quite a thrill to see in person one of a kind cars that you've only seen in magazines and/or built models of. I'd recommend the trip! Fantastic job, thanks Guy!
rustybill1960 Posted April 11, 2020 Posted April 11, 2020 A super sharp clean build Thank You for sharing with Us Later

My favourite show car kit, brilliant work on this model. The recreation does not have quite as big a rake on the roof in my opinion, am I correct? To be honest it looks a bit chunky compared to the original car, but is it just the roof?
samdiego Posted December 30, 2020 Posted December 30, 2020 Wow, Guy. Seriously. I'll agree, the nicest build of that kit I ever seen. The 1:1 has long been one of my favorite customs and one of my favorite covers.
doorsovdoon Posted January 9, 2021 Posted January 9, 2021 Now that's nice! ..along with the diorama it looks outstanding, beautiful bild!
