gseeds Posted June 24, 2020 Posted June 24, 2020 Here’s a Show rod bash I put together for an on line contest, Wanting to go for a 60’s to early 70’s Show Rod look I started with a $5 eBay glue bomb I bought for parts, lots of body mods and even more parts from different kits and parts box, painted candy lime gold with pearl white and darker Candy green fade over silver base , thanks for looking!
Snake45 Posted June 24, 2020 Posted June 24, 2020 Looks like it could have been a Roth or Tom Daniel creation, or a Hot Wheel. Pretty cool! Model on!
Claude Thibodeau Posted June 24, 2020 Posted June 24, 2020 Hi! This is spot-on. Suddently, I'm back to 1967! Is-this the engine from the 53 Stude with the "pyramid" intake for twin-blower? And if so, what is the provenance for the exhaust headers? CT
Cool Hand Posted June 24, 2020 Posted June 24, 2020 Great imagination customizing the Pie Wagon and converting it to a roadster pick up type of thing. All the parts tie together well and created a great looking build, paint work suits the build as always. Dual supercharged engine is very fitting for a show rod.
Tom Geiger Posted June 24, 2020 Posted June 24, 2020 That is truly cool and unique! I’m a Pie Wagon and Tom Daniel fan and this one is the best play on the Pie Wagon ever!
gseeds Posted June 24, 2020 Author Posted June 24, 2020 Tom I think tom Daniel’s pie wagon is his coolest design ever , I remember building it when I was like 10 years old , I would just sit and stare at it from every angle, it just has that just right look.

unclescott58 Posted September 17, 2020 Posted September 17, 2020 It's not my style or taste. But, I do like quality of the work you've done on this model. Very nice.
doorsovdoon Posted September 17, 2020 Posted September 17, 2020 I love these glue bomb saves. Something that was once fit for the bin can turn out looking like this! Flawless looking paint. Nice save.
