Modlbldr Posted September 23, 2021 Posted September 23, 2021 I finally finished this up today. Got it as a started project. The previous owner had built the motor, some of the chassis and the tires and wheels. It looked like a great start. My vision was that this would be a model of a young man's homebuilt weekend street cruiser. Nothing high dollar. Here it is. My 7th completed build for the year. Far from perfect but a fun build and glad to get it on the shelf. Enjoy and feel free to comment, good or bad. Later- 2
Snake45 Posted September 23, 2021 Posted September 23, 2021 Very nice! I really dig the attitude! Well done and model on!
Zippi Posted September 24, 2021 Posted September 24, 2021 Gotta love the straight axle and Gasser additude. Nice looking 57.
FLHCAHZ Posted September 24, 2021 Posted September 24, 2021 Wow. That looks great! Love the stance and the paint.
Modlbldr Posted September 24, 2021 Author Posted September 24, 2021 Thank you all for the kind words! Sometimes it's nice to just build and not sweat the details. Especially when most will never see it up close and off of the shelf. Later-
espo Posted September 24, 2021 Posted September 24, 2021 Great looking build. I enjoyed following your build on this I liked the theme of your build.
doorsovdoon Posted September 24, 2021 Posted September 24, 2021 I can see that slinging mud on the track like no ones business with those grippers! I like the paint, it has a nice metallic sparkle to it.
Modlbldr Posted September 24, 2021 Author Posted September 24, 2021 Thanks Guys! Much appreciated! Later-
Modlbldr Posted September 26, 2021 Author Posted September 26, 2021 Thank you Guys! Glad you like it. Took it, with a few of my other builds to a small model shoe and it only got a couple passing glances. That's fine though. It's nothing special. Just a fun little build. Later-
