Kit bashed and scratch building "A certain T".

Most parts from the Infini T kit. Lowered the windows on the body.  Shorten the frame, rebuilt the interior, seats from the parts box, engine from a Revell Ivo Showboat dragster, headers are being reworked from an MPC Outcast kit.

I think this is mock up number 4. I'm still making changes to get all these parts positioned where they need to be...

That looks ace. I need more info on this. What model and what scale is it? I’d love to see a WIP thread on this one.

Some progress. Still lot of adjustment on the headers and sanding on the body.

Big 1/16 amt '57 Nomad should look good with the proper stance. The supplied Cragar S/S mags a d street tires will look good with some white lettering. As for color, I'm leaning  towards metallic black with a silver and black interior. With this mpc 1/16 Firebird kit, I can modify it somewhat.

What is a mock-up, if anyone doesn't mind?

A mock up might mean different things to different people but to me, it is the first time you open your model kit, inspect the parts and just kinda set up the body on the wheels you are going to use and see how it's gonna look!  Kind of a "before" picture!
