Paint is Ametrin Metallic, a BMW color from Gravity. Wheels are BBS LM from Aoshima.

That is a beautiful build. It’s a shame to hear the kit is horrible (you wouldn’t know from the end result). I have this in my stash and was really looking forward to putting it together. 
Those wheels look stunning. What Aoshima kit are they from?

Beautiful job.  I built the regular 993 to replicate my 96 993 C4 and you are right it is a horrible kit.  You did a great job on it.

I like your build!

I found the kit was definitely subpar compared to Tamiya, but it wasn't horrible.

Suspension and wheels need replacing, but otherwise I liked the one I did.

Wow Anders, that paint job is awesome and so's the color. Aoshima rebox a lot of kits from different manufacturers so it's kind of hit and miss but you did turned it in a beautiful looking car.

I never bothered getting one of those kits, so I don't know how horrid they are.  But it does have an engine, which some of the Tamiya and Fujimi kits do not have.  You did a nice job, more than it deserved.

Anders,  that may be a horrid kit (I know as I have done a few early Italeri)  but it has a "knock yer socks off" paint job on it.  Really nice job.

Hi Anders, great craftmanship as usual. The rims are are touch too big for my personal taste, they appear to be 21" or 22" to me. But as I said, personal taste. No doubt about this being a well-built and -painted model! 

Does "horrid" refer to the build-up in general? I can't see too many downsides, apart from the headlights looking not so much spot-on and the Porsche badge being a bit too big?
