Well , this didn’t go as planned . I had a can of Spray Max 2 part clear in a spray can . I planned to use it in this and another model . If you don’t know this spray requires you to remove a button at the top and then push it into a nozzle at the bottom to mix the 2 parts in the can . When I did that it started leaking pretty bad at the bottom nozzle . I got it outside quick but of course the can was ruined . So , this was cleared with Duplicolor . Painted Tamiya Silver Leaf . Stripped some chrome and added the tire decals . The hood pins will be added if I ever find them ! I don’t do well with tiny parts anymore . So here it is such as it is . Not my best but I will put in the back of my display cabinet , way back . Thanks for looking .

Still a beautiful model from the cobraman. Turned out pretty good. I really have to build one of these. Can you suggest a good kit I could use as my first cobra built?

Great looking Cobra despite your paint issues. The black trim and wheels give it a more contemporary look. I would put it at the front of my display case.

Thank you all very much.   Mario, I would recommend either a Monogram or a Revell labeled kit. If you want the original Cobra then the AMT is your best bet IMO.   Please build one !
